Parfait pour séjour économique
Pros:

La cuisine moderne et bien équipée. La chambre séparée du salon et le café au rez-de-chaussée. Le coupon rabais de 7$ pour tout achat au café.

Große Enttäuschung – Kein 5-Sterne-Hotel

Ich habe Ihr Hotel als 5-Sterne-Hotel reserviert und viel Geld bezahlt. Vor Ort war es nicht einmal 3-Sterne-Niveau.

Es gab:

· Keine Decken
· Keine Kopfkissen (obwohl für 2 Personen gebucht)
· Keinen Föhn
· Sehr schmutzige Zimmer

Die angegebene Zeit (3 Stunden) stimmte auch nicht. Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden und kann Ihr Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Bitte nehmen Sie zu meiner Beschwerde Stellung.

Beautiful appartment and good location
Pros:

The location was very good, close to the museum of history. I liked the spacious appartment, very well equipped, clean. I had everything i needed and would recommend to anyone. The check-in was fast and smooth.

If I visit Ottawa again, I would definitely stay at this property again.
Pros:

As soon as I opened the door, I was impressed. The room was very clean, spacious, and excellent value for the price. The kitchen was well equipped with clean cookware and dishes, the bedding was comfortable and spotless, and the bathroom was very clean as well. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Disappointing overall and bad attitude from the man at the front desk
Pros:

Very well located if you have business in this part of town. It looked modern. The suite had an alright layout. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The check out was a breeze, thankfully.

Cons:

The attitude of the person who welcomed me (I suspect this was the owner) was terrible. He could not understand French properly and I had to switch to English. I tried to point out there was an intermittent issue with one of the thermostats in the room, and I was met with contempt and an overall unhelpful attitude. I suspect some deeper electrical problem because the thermostat was turning off when touched to adjust the settings. After experiencing this man's bad mood, I stayed clear of him and did not want to interact with him at all. He did not make me feel welcome there.

The privacy latch was broken. The floors felt sticky. There was a kind of melted chocolate stain on the couch. Both TVs were equipped with Chromecast devices, but they were unplugged. Even when plugged, they did not work properly and they could not connect to the Wi-Fi network.

There was a cheap strong perfume in the entrance and hallways.

We’re going to come back, for sure!
Pros:

The desk clerk was so polite and helpful. The parking was convenient, and our suite was so clean and comfortable. The location is quiet, while still being close to everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great breakfast at the Happy Goat Cafe, couldn’t ask for anything mere.
And the price was sweet!!

C’était notre première fois à les suites Victoria et omg tout étais parfait la suite avec le balcon que j’ai été surprise et qui a fais mon séjour encore plus agréable tout étais sa coche je recommande énormément cette place vraiment tranquille le personnel vraiment hot et de notre balcon j’ai adoré voir tout les vielles maison qui avais cetais de tout beauté. Nous allons y retourner ses sur j’ai vraiment adoré notre séjour
