Beau séjour, propre, bien situé
Pros:

Suite junior très bien, lit confortable , petite cuisinette bien équipée, très propre
Stationnement à côté de l’établissent facture à $20 par jour, mais nous n’avons pas pris la voiture durant notre séjour, tout peut faire à pied , très pratique
L’établissement nous offre un “voucher “ de $7 par personne à appliquer au sympathique café situé en bas de l’établissement.
Une bonne adresse pour séjourner à Gatineau

The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

It took over an hour and a half to check in and once we finally got our room keys only one key worked for the door and neither of the keys worked for the parking garage. We ended up leaving the vehicles on the street as we could not access the parking that we had paid for, nor did we have time to wait in line another hour and a half to try and get this rectified. We moved one vehicle into the parking lot on day 2 and then we were called and told we had to move it as it was apparently a handicapped spot. It was not marked, no sign on wall, fence or pavement to indicate otherwise. If it had been marked, we wouldn't have parked there. Making it clear that that spot is a handicapped spot should be indicated. Not something we should be interrupted for to deal with.

Comfortable accommodation in a good location at a fair cost.
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we planned to do during our stay, allowing us to walk everywhere. A good selection of restaurants were also nearby. The suite contained everything that we required.

L’emplacement proche des restos, pistes cyclables, bord de l’eau, stationnement sécurisé intérieur, principe de la suite.

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne durant les 3 jours de semaine mais qui fonctionnait pour le personnel. Peu de service ménager. Quand on a mis le carton demandant de passer, on est partis toute la journée et rien n’a été fait. On a passé 3 nuits quand même!
Service clientèle peu accueillant, peu serviable au café. Utiliser son téléphone intelligent est apparemment plus important que le service à la clientèle!
