It's BA very clean and modern hotel
El desayuno y la ubicación
Un día llegó por la tarde y estaba un personal inspeccionando la habitación, al principio me asusté de ver la habitación con 3 personas dentro. El personal del restaurante, pagué en efectivo, en el apuro me voy al piso de arriba pero la chica no se tomó la molestia de darme el vuelto, cuando bajo de nuevo a decirle que no me dió las vueltas lo hace con mala cara.
La ubicación
En la 3ra noche de mi estancia, una pareja entró con tarjeta llave a mi habitación, mientras yo descansaba. Me parece super mal de un hotel 4 estrellas, que hayan tenido esta falta tan grave a la privacidad y seguridad. Llamé a recepción y dijeron que la equivocación fue porque dichos huéspedes dieron mal el número de habitación, sin embargo ellos debieron corroborar la información y hacer una doble verificación para evitar este impace. Puse mi queja por escrito en el libro de reclamaciones y solicité se anulen las otras llaves magnéticas para que me generen unas nuevas (a solicitud mia, nisiquiera me ofrecieron esa solución de primera instancia). Deben tener mas cuidado con estos temas de seguridad, sobretodo si se trata de huésped mujer y sola como en mi caso. Decepcionada por este evento.

Nada! Solo como sugerencia, poder darle al huésped la posibilidad de poder llevar su auto al estacionamiento y no solo con el vallet parking
