Perfect Holiday, Great Hotel & Staff
Pros:

The Mardonia was the perfect stay for me and my partner, the staff was really helpful prior to check in and extra helpful on the day. Allowing us to check in early giving us the extra time to enjoy our holiday. The room was perfect, comfortable bed, clean, good selection of teas, coffees, biscuits as well as a good amount of toiletries (including a toilet bin and paper bags for female sanitary products) and staff was happy to restock when we ran low on anything such as tea, milk and coffees . Definitely will be booking again in the future couldn’t thank the hosts for a more welcoming stay.

Really lovely bank holiday weekend stay
Pros:

The staff were lovely nothing was too much bother for them, the room was lovely and clean and fresh and big enough for 2, the bed was lovely and comfortable. In a good location literally 2 minutes from the tram stop and the beach.

Decor outdated but the hotel was clean and smelt amazing. Location was a bit further than where my friends were all staying but would happily stay again if our group was closer together.

Perfect little room
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and always ask for the same room (1). It's perfect for my mum and I, so cozy especially after we've had a night out in the cold looking at the illuminations.

Pros:

We came for a short visit to suprise family that were staying near by great location, few minutes walk either way to tower or pleasure beach, we had room only. Will definitely come again may bring my family will say first floor you have to climb stairs so if you struggled not i deal for you. The rooms are clean and fresh you have all you need towels complimentary wash thing shower fel and soap also kettle with tea and coffee available.

Cons:

There wasnt much i didnt like really, the carpets on stairs alittle grubby but thats something that cant be helped when people are in and out,
