Warm welcome from Esther
Pros:

Esther at the front desk was great! She gave me a warm welcome, a room with a great view and kept a piece of property I lost safe for me. I wish her on anyone who has just gotten off a long flight and just needs a smile and pick up.

Excellent staff, best hotel experience in SP
Pros:

Excellent staff, Rafaella was great, very helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent, the rooms was very comfortable and spacious. I have been switching Accor hotel lately in sao paulo and I believe I now have my permanent pick. Grand Mercure itaim is my destination from now on. Big thanks to the staff especially Rafaella, see you soon.

Great business hotel, some stars in their staff, some minor flaws
Pros:

Great business hotel - clean, convenient, and great location. A huge credit to Esther at the front desk for her amazing sense of hospitality and kindness, and Claudio at breakfast for the same. The executive room is very clean and well catered.
