Exceptional budget friendly hotel stay in Bangkok short distance from Iconsian and close to transport

Loved that the property was on the river, just a short walk santhorn pier to catch the water ferry, lovely breakfast

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to ICONSIAM and many other attractions. It took me about 15 minutes to walk to ICONSIAM, and there is a 7-Eleven just two minutes away. The riverside setting is also very relaxing. The breakfast was disappointing and below standard, but everything else was good enough for my three-night stay.

Cons:

The breakfast, the lack of gym. I was looking into neighbours backyard. So lesson learnt. Ask for a pool facing room.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut nur leider ohne Speck.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Klimaanlage ging nur auf voll
und die Steckdose im Badezimmer ging gar nicht mehr. Dafür war aber alles sehr sauber.

BKK ist immer eine reis wert, wenn man Luxus braucht, dann gibt es ihn natürlich :-)
Pros:

......wir waren jetzt schon des Öfteren in diesem Hotel, doch leider werden die Zimmer von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter, nicht nur die Ausstattung leidet darunter, "nein auch teilweise der Service, wobei der immer noch gut ist". - ganz besonders ist die sehr gute Laune/Freundlichkeit an den Parkplatzwächtern zu sehen/spüren.
Die Lage zum Icon Siam ist sehr gut, kurze Wege und ein super schönes Einkaufcenter.
BKK ist eine mega tolle Stadt, hier sollte man sich Zeit nehmen und nicht nur durchschieben, "man liebt diese Stadt, oder man hasst sie"

Cons:

..das Zimmer, war sehr abgewohnt!
