Beautifully decorated, large room. With comfortable four poster bed and matching dressing table and wardrobe, table and chairs.
Large on suite. The bath was huge with shower over the top, which was especially powerful! Very hot water too if wanted. Best B&B shower I've had.
Nice view to the pier to the left and nice big windows you can open. (I'm really not a fan of hotels having air con and permanently sealed windows)
The hotel is none smoking but you can vape in rooms so a big plus for lots of people.
The WiFi was fast. And nice sized TV with good reception.
There was little Oatly Barista pots too, first place I've found we're milk alternatives we're available in room without asking.

And most of all staff were very welcoming and happy to accommodate my requests.
Air freshener was not a scent i like, but I just moved it to bathroom so not a bother and thats just personal taste so no marks down from me for that.

The location was great. Good to get in early too instead of 2pm. WiFi was good too. Sandra was nice at reception
My private bathroom was across the hall separate from my room. Someone stole my toilet roll overnight so it would be better if the bathroom had a key to lock it. No breakfast was available on Sunday morning due to unforeseen circumstances.
Great location, welcoming outside area, good value for money. Sandra was very welcoming and even got our room ready early without asking. A great help.

The property is situated really close to the pier . Sandra is a brilliant host and looked after our every need . The breakfast was one of the best hotel cooked breakfasts I’ve ever had . 100 % recommend this hotel. The room we had overlooked the seafront with very comfortable 4 poster bed . Amazing view !

It was a bit grubby in places. I wrongly assumed that the price included breakfast. The four poster bed was incredibly creaky!
The room did have a Seaview that was nice and the bed frame was really nice. We did have a seagull visiting us by the window, which was nice.
Unfortunately due to the fact that the B&B didnt have a carpark which is a nightmare. As its a holiday destination which is beautiful there is no parking and it takes about 30mins to find somewhere to park. There was only 1 available plug to be used which had an extension lead for you to use. And the little decoration pillows was dirty, and you could see that someone obviously ate on those pillows and messed some ketchup on it and it still was there.
Very lovely. The host was very nice and kind with us. She even recommended some good restaurants and places for us to go. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view.
The only thing was the heater. We couldn't use it 🥲 Maybe because it's already summer in the UK, but we travel from another country so we felt a little bit cold.
The location and view from our room was fantastic.
There was no hot water in the shower .
