I was in room 1 I loved the decor all carved furniture right up my street it was! The bed was so comfy bathroom lovely! nice few of the sea we deffo will be back. Thank you

Sandra was great and the room etc was well made up and nice hot shower etc. best location for prom access and great bars

Fab location and host.
Pros:

Love the locatation. Lovely sea views and beautiful clean room. Literally 2 min walk to town and could throw a ball and hit the beach, that close. Sandra was absolutely superb always a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble, more like staying with a friend not in a guest house. Stayed here many times over the years and will return again.

Cons:

Nothing to fault Bella Vista or Sandra but the parking in Llandudno can be a pain but that will not stop me returning.

Adequate for the price, but needs improvement.
Pros:

Smooth check in, good location, easy check out.

Cons:

Room smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it's a non-smoking hotel). Kind of grossed me out. A fridge would have been nice as well. I left used towels out to be replaced, and they weren't. Window rattled when open, so I had to stick sugar packets along the seams to prevent that.
