The hotel is totally nonsmoking, however there is a sea-facing terrace on the front for smokers.

Comfortable stay in Triple Room
Pros:

Booked to stay in the triple room, was a lovely surpise to have 1 bed in a seperate room for my 16 year old! Plus a seperate small lounge area was fab too. Location perfect for pier, restaurants and shops. Sandra was very welcoming and helpful, our only regret is we didn't book for another night! Will definately return

Absolutely brilliant definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Absolutely everything couldn’t fault it sandra was absolutely lovely everywhere was clean n tidy n very spacious rooms we were thrilled and wish we stayed longer we will definitely go back there

Practical location for sea views, access to bars and restaurants and to Venue Cymru where we were seeing a concert

Cons:

Very tired bedroom furniture with marks and dents. Wallpaper coming off the wall and some holes in the walls. Massive layer of dust under radiator. Ill fitting windows. It was ok for 1 night but all the decor needs uplifting

We’re gutted!
Pros:

Close to the beach. The beds were super comfy.

Cons:

The lock for the door to our room was faulty. We were placed in another room that didn’t match our family dynamic and then placed back in the room with faulty lock. I called via phone twice and pressed the reception bell 4 times but there was no answer. We were told it would be fixed on our return but it wasn’t. The door to the shower was hanging off the framework.

Clean and tidy in a great location.
Pros:

Very handy location not far from the peer.
Rooms clean and tidy furniture possibly dated but in good condition. Fan in room, ideal. Staff friendly and on hand when needed. Overall very good.

Cons:

Nothing of note possibly shower in stead of Jacuzzi bath but being 6,7 not best option for me but great for other people it did have a shower head .

The landlady was so lovely and accommodating for late arrival. Assisted every step of the way making sure I had what I needed for my stay. Loved the location and quirky room with loads of storage and superb bed!
