I will stay at this hotel again but only because of its location.
Pros:

Location and the Peace & Quiet!

Cons:

I thought that on arrival it was difficult to know where to park to check in. Only parking seemed to be for handicapped.
The service at the restaurant was terrible. I had to reorder a glass of wine three times over before it was finally delivered. Upon arrival at the restaurant I was seated at a table and then forgotten about for at least twenty-five minutes before anyone came to take my order. Others in the restaurant were talking out loud about the poor service and some actually got up and left. I was about to do the same and then finally someone came and got on with the job of waiting on people. Very disappointing! The food was good though!

No room service. Incomplete room service menu on offer. I am a regular customer and was surprised at the lack of stock and customer service. I also ordered food and was notified 20 mins later that they were out of stock (of potato wedges) even though they quoted 10min to cook.
Also, no fruit salad available but offered me Rock melon only. The morning buffet has a variety, ergo why not get it from the fridge?
The ports in the room did not charge devices properly.
First hotel that does not have margarine and Vegemite!!!! Australian favourites!!!!! Wow. Not a good reputation.

tying to cut down cost at the expense of loosing customer
Pros:

Bed was comfrotable - room was okay.

Cons:

The heater was not working had to freeze for an hour - then after checking they said we can give you a portable heater I said no. I neeed to change the room - which was allowed but again to move the room was a nightmare. There was no coffee - no tissue paper - toilet was not clean - no pad no pen to write.

The hotel is committed to giving those who stay there a very good experience, the staff are super nice.

Convenient spot for the Waverly Sports facility and nice and close to plenty of shops and dining.
Rooms were a decent enough size and bathroom was good

Cons:

Smart TV advertised but it is literally just an LCD Tv with free to air channels
