Das Zimmer war oky.Das Badezimmer war in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Als wir um 12.00 ankamen war niemand an der Reseption alles war dunkel. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war nicht geniessbar. Das Frühstück war nicht auf dem Stand eines 4 Stern . Die Gipfeli u. Das Brot waren nicht frisch sowie der Käse. Das Personal war nicht freundlich und niemand konnte deutsch ausser einer Frau. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und das in der Schweiz. Nie mehr in dieses Hotel. Wellness geschlossen.

Sehr angehnemer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner hervorragenden zentralen Lage. Das Frühstück war zwar eher klein, aber lecker und ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren – bis auf das Badezimmer – komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefreut konnten wir vor dem eigentlich Check - in das Zimmer beziehen.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung im Hotel war leider nicht besonders freundlich. Das Badezimmer war zudem nicht sehr sauber. Wir haben teilweise fremde Haare auf den Handtüchern gefunden und die Fugen waren stellenweise verschmutzt.

Pros:

Très belle chambre, d'autant plus que nous avons été surclassé. Par contre la salle de bain est très vétuste et mérite d'être refaite.

Cons:

Le spa n'est pas ouvert l'été et aucune indication ne figurait à ce sujet. Très déçu. Et la réception n'était pas ouverte tout le temps, il fallait donc téléphoner pouvoir faire le check-in. Très étonnant pour 4 étoiles.

4* sind leider nicht gerechtfertigt.
Pros:

Die Grösse & Einrichtung des Zimmers. (Wir erhielten einen Upgrade in ein Familienzimmer, was sehr geräumig war!)
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend!!!!
Es gab nur einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Heutzutage darf man eine Kapselmaschine erwarten.
Auf den Zimmereingangsschlössern fehlten komischerweise die Abdeckungen.
