Please note only 1 dog is allowed per room. Please note that guests who will arrive by car are required to directly contact the hotel by telephone. The Parc Beaux-Arts will then confirm and make further arrangements.

Please note that the hotel is housed in an old, classified building which might be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. As the Parc Beaux-Arts is located in a lively quarter and is a historic building under monument protection, noise complaints are not subject to refunds.

Please note that guests need to present the same credit card they used to book the hotel upon check-in. Otherwise, they need to pay the total amount in cash during check-in.

Please note that breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.

Lunch and dinner are served from 12:00 to 21:00 nonstop at the hotel's restaurant.

We need to specify that a driver's license is not considered an official ID in Luxembourg. Only Government issued ID or Passports are valid.

As of September 1, 2025, Luxembourg law requires all travelers aged 15 and over to present a valid identity card or passport upon check-in. Failure to present one of these documents will result in room keys not being issued.

We require a 50€ deposit per night at check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We would probably try an other hotel next time.
Pros:

Excellent location beautiful room. For many people probably to loud and to hot without AC.

Cons:

No AC, extra bed very uncomfortable. For us it was ok but if you keep the windows open there is a lot of noise from the people who chill on the stairs.

Charming stay but do not expect a quiet room
Pros:

The room was a really good size. We requested an extra bed in the room and the room still has plenty of space. Love the shower, hot and good pressure. The whole building just has so much characters as it was converted from an old house. Very charming stay.

Cons:

We stayed on a really hot day and on the weekend. Not realising that there were several bars right below the hotel, the noise from the bars were very loud and last until 6am. Since we visited during the heatwaves, we had to open the windows to keep the ventilation (no air-conditioning in the room) yet the noise from the street was so loud that we didn't sleep well during our stay.,

Schönes Hotel für einen Städttrip. Im Sommer allerdings sehr laut.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt. Es ist fußläufig alles zu erreichen und es sind genügend Restaurants und Cafe`s in der Nähe,

Cons:

Leider ist die Isolierung der Fenster nicht sehr gut. Wir waren im Sommer bei gutem Wetter da und die Cafe`s direkt vor der Tür hatten am Freitag bis 4:00 Uhr und am Samstag bis 3:00 Uhr geöffnet. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war es sehr laut im Zimmer.

Locatie is top, veel geluidsoverlast in het weekend in de zomermaanden
Pros:

Top locatie midden in het centrum, redelijk “ makkelijk “ parkeren in de ( smalle ) parkeergarage dichtbij ( niet die “van” het hotel , daar paste onze auto niet in ) Aardig personeel en de locatie is echt geweldig!

Cons:

Het is midden in het centrum ( top !) en schijnbaar is het daar “ feest “ op vrijdag en zaterdag in de zomermaanden. Daar hadden wij ( stom genoeg?) niet op gerekend… dus behoorlijk veel geluidsoverlast ‘s nachts …neem je oordoppen mee 😜in de ochtend komen de veegwagens , dus hou daar rekening mee, wij hebben daardoor slecht geslapen…

Väga meeldiv kogemus.Soovitan.
Pros:

Kena koht otse kesklinnas,kus kõik käe jala juures. Hubane ajaloolise hõnguga boutique hotell. Kõik vaatamisväärsused on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaigusel.

Cons:

Autoga juurdepääsu pole kuid hotelli juhatusel oli lähim avalik parkinismaja väga lähedal.

Too noisy, no parking
Pros:

I booked this property because it was advertised that there was private parking. There was no parking when we arrived. We had to park elsewhere and walk for 10 min. The whole family did not sleep all night because of noise outside all night and street cleaning and construction which started next door at 6AM. Awful location, no AC if you wish to keep windows closed (which did not keep the noise out anyway). Would not recommend if you plan to sleep at this property.
