Please note that the hotel is housed in an old, classified building which might be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. As the Parc Beaux-Arts is located in a lively quarter and is a historic building under monument protection, noise complaints are not subject to refunds.
Please note that guests need to present the same credit card they used to book the hotel upon check-in. Otherwise, they need to pay the total amount in cash during check-in.
Please note that breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
Lunch and dinner are served from 12:00 to 21:00 nonstop at the hotel's restaurant.
We need to specify that a driver's license is not considered an official ID in Luxembourg. Only Government issued ID or Passports are valid.
As of September 1, 2025, Luxembourg law requires all travelers aged 15 and over to present a valid identity card or passport upon check-in. Failure to present one of these documents will result in room keys not being issued.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal !! Wunderbares super feines tolles Frühstück....a la carte...es wird alles frisch zubereitet....genial !!! Zimmer ganz toll Eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber !! An super Lage ! Parkplatz kann angefragt werden, sonst Parkhaus St.Esprit nehmen nur 5.Min zu Fuss vom Hotel 1 Tag ca.35.- EUR.
Für Lärmempfindliche achtung : die Fenster können nicht offen gelassen werden (z.b. Suite Zi 13) u.a. in der Nacht ! Z.b. am SA abend sehr grosse Lärmemission durch die Restaurant (bis in die Morgenstunden !!), dann ab 06.30 Uhr Stadtreinigung ! Zimmer nicht klimatisiert.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Mitten in der Altstatt wo zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar ist.
Das Personal ist top und sehr freundlich.
Da kann die Unterkunft aber nichts dafür. Der Lärm draussen ist laut und sehr lange in die Nacht rein. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen oder zur Verfügung stellen wäre eine Option.
Das Bett ist sehr, sehr hart.

Downside of been right in the city center is that if you want to sleep with open windows the terasse of the opposite bars on the pedestrian street is quite noisy on saturday night... no aircon in the room, but a ventilator.
Great location in the old town. One of the oldest buildings there,quirky but very well managed and maintained. Superb room, very spacious, clean and well equipped. Team there were superb.

Nicht barrierefrei, da eine Vielzahl von Treppen vorhanden ist, wenn auch gelegentlich nur kleinere Barrieren.

This is a lovely property in the heart of the old town near lots of good bars and restaurants. Our room was great and had a lounge area separate from the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoy our stay.
De locatie! Echt top, vlak bij de Bock-rots en het historische centrum.
Dat er geen airco was. Hele warme kamer jammer genoeg.
De ingang van het hotel was niet goed aangegeven dus we stonden met onze koffer in het restaurant.

We had to wait at reception for 10 minutes twice, and also be aware that it is very loud with bars/pubs just outside the room - so not the best sleep!
Spacious room in the centre of things. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Warm & friendly staff.
No air con but if you opened the windows you let in a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning coming from adjacent bars. Fan provided but not sufficient. There was a lift but strangely only covered the middle floor. The breakfast was nice but massively overpriced when the room was already overpriced.
Excellent location beautiful room. For many people probably to loud and to hot without AC.
No AC, extra bed very uncomfortable. For us it was ok but if you keep the windows open there is a lot of noise from the people who chill on the stairs.
The room was a really good size. We requested an extra bed in the room and the room still has plenty of space. Love the shower, hot and good pressure. The whole building just has so much characters as it was converted from an old house. Very charming stay.
We stayed on a really hot day and on the weekend. Not realising that there were several bars right below the hotel, the noise from the bars were very loud and last until 6am. Since we visited during the heatwaves, we had to open the windows to keep the ventilation (no air-conditioning in the room) yet the noise from the street was so loud that we didn't sleep well during our stay.,
Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt. Es ist fußläufig alles zu erreichen und es sind genügend Restaurants und Cafe`s in der Nähe,
Leider ist die Isolierung der Fenster nicht sehr gut. Wir waren im Sommer bei gutem Wetter da und die Cafe`s direkt vor der Tür hatten am Freitag bis 4:00 Uhr und am Samstag bis 3:00 Uhr geöffnet. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war es sehr laut im Zimmer.
