Please note only 1 dog is allowed per room. Please note that guests who will arrive by car are required to directly contact the hotel by telephone. The Parc Beaux-Arts will then confirm and make further arrangements.

Please note that the hotel is housed in an old, classified building which might be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. As the Parc Beaux-Arts is located in a lively quarter and is a historic building under monument protection, noise complaints are not subject to refunds.

Please note that guests need to present the same credit card they used to book the hotel upon check-in. Otherwise, they need to pay the total amount in cash during check-in.

Please note that breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.

Lunch and dinner are served from 12:00 to 21:00 nonstop at the hotel's restaurant.

We need to specify that a driver's license is not considered an official ID in Luxembourg. Only Government issued ID or Passports are valid.

As of September 1, 2025, Luxembourg law requires all travelers aged 15 and over to present a valid identity card or passport upon check-in. Failure to present one of these documents will result in room keys not being issued.

We require a 50€ deposit per night at check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Welcoming hotel with nice rooms and good food in great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a historic crossroads in the centre of the city of Luxembourg on a route from Paris to Trier. The building itself dates back to the early 18th century and the rooms we had were spacious with views in two directions. It is adjacent to the art gallery and has a good restaurant and bar with welcoming staff. It is in a lively area of the city.

Cons:

The down side of a building this old is that it is difficult for them to add in a lift to all floors. To get to our rooms we had to go up a flight of stairs, then take a lift for one floor then ascend another flight of stairs to get to the room. On the evening we were there, there was an evening marathon through the centre of the city and although this added positively to the atmosphere of the area, it did mean that there was some street noise until quite late (midnight). Also there was no parking as the nearby streets were closed off for the marathon.

Stayed to explore Luxembourg City - very well placed and lovely little hotel.
Pros:

Lovely staff and great little hotel - so nice to stay in a hotel that isn't 'corporate' and has it's own personality

Cons:

Noise from street did get though the windows early morning as deliveries were being made to surrounding areas

Bijzonder prettig
Pros:

Gezellig kleinschalig hotel, prachtig gelegen in het centrum van de bovenstad. Comfortabele en nette suites. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden en een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt naar keuze in het restaurant.

Cons:

Aangezien het hotel midden in het uitgaanscentrum is gelegen is er 's avonds en 's nachts redelijk veel straat rumoer hoorbaar.

The stay was great and the hotel did an excellent job communicating before our arrival.
Pros:

The location is great. The lobby is open 24x7, which is nice when you're out late. The staff went above and beyond.

Cons:

Our room was two levels with an additional step down to the bathroom. The bed was ok to get into on one side, but difficult on the other side due to the sloped ceiling. The stairs and step down made middle of the night bathroom trips challenging. The artwork in our room was barely short of pornographic. I often video call my son from my hotel rooms to give him a tour. I couldn't do that in this room due to the artwork.

Das Zimmer war ok.

Cons:

Es ist bis spät in der Nacht sehr laut. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist unmöglich. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen. Ich konnte nur nach langem Drängen mein Ebike in einem winzigen Abstellraum unterbringen. Das normale Rad meines Mann musste vor dem Hotel übernachten. Die Rezeptionisten war zwar sehr freundlich, aber ziemlich überfordert.

Pros:

Wszystko było na plus. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Były szlafroki i kapcie w łazience - szampon, odżywka do włosów (co się rzadko zdarza), balsam do ciała.
Śniadanie podawane do stolika ( trzeba wcześniej zamówić) wszystko pięknie podane.
Wszędzie blisko, piękna starówka.

Pros:

Aardig personeel en een toplocatie midden in het oude centrum. Daardoor zaten veel bezienswaardigheden en gezellige restaurants en bars op loopafstand. Daarnaast troffen we het extra met de marathon, die vlak langs ons raam kwam erg leuk om mee te maken!

Cons:

De douche viel helaas wat tegen. De douche zat in het bad en de temperatuur was lastig goed af te stellen. Het water werd plotseling erg heet en daarna weer koud. Daarnaast was de handdouche erg kort, waardoor het bijna onmogelijk was om staand je haren te wassen.

Pros:

Die Lage war schön. Bei einem vier Sterne Hitel hatte ich ein Buffet erwartet.

Cons:

Es stand Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt jedocho in einer Fussgängerzone und Parkplatz war relativ weit entfernt. Es wurde suggeriert Oarkplatz nah am Hotel was uns wuchtig war.

Een verblijf waar je zowel van het stadscentrum als van de natuur kunt genieten.
Pros:

De accommodatie ligt ideaal in het centrum, en vormt tegelijk een uitstekend vertrekpunt voor mooie wandelingen in de natuur. Vanaf het station van Luxemburg is het ongeveer 20 minuten wandelen, wat vlot en probleemloos te doen is.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen in het Engels. We kregen bovendien extra uitleg over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het personeel gaf ook aan dat we altijd bij hen terecht konden voor tips over eetgelegenheden en andere vragen. Ze waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er viel weinig op te merken. Enkel bij het verversen van de lakens merkten we enkele vlekjes op de nieuwe lakens. Voor de rest was alles volledig in orde.

Ein paar schöne Tage in Luxemburg in einem stilvollen Hotel an bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt, die Lage ist top. Jedes Zimmer ins anders, alles hat Stil und Charme.

Cons:

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr hier, mussten beim Check-in aber alles bis aufs Detail nochmals neu ausfüllen. Beide ID-Karten, das volle Programm. Schade, die meisten Hotels sind nicht so kompliziert.
