Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Generally praised (mentions of cleanliness and tidy rooms); a few notes about carpet cleaning could be improved.
Service
9.9
Consistently praised across reviews (’miła obsługa’, ‘obsługa 10/10’, ‘recepční vstřícní’), staff helpful and attentive.
Location
9.3
Good location near Manufaktura and within 10–15 min walk of central areas; some found it slightly distant from the very centre and noted neighborhood reconstruction in parts.
Room Quality
9.2
Spacious, well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds and good bathrooms; some issues reported (no in-room fridge, heavy curtains, one sofa mattress uncomfortable, windows limited on ground floor).
Amenities
8.6
Breakfast and in-room equipment (capsule coffee machine, safe) praised, but several guests noted missing or faulty items (no fridge, no kettle, occasional broken coffee machine), plus Wi‑Fi/streaming interruptions and mixed parking arrangements.
Value for Money
9.4
Viewed as good value by many (reasonable price for location and quality, praised interiors and breakfasts); parking cost and some extra charges reduced perceived value for a few guests.
Food and Beverage
9.9
Repeatedly highlighted as a strong point — very good, varied and tasty breakfasts; restaurant meals also praised.
Overall Experience
9.8
Strong overall satisfaction with multiple guests saying they'd return or recommend; minor operational issues did not overshadow positive stay.

Cons:

Chętnie odwiedzę to miejsce ponownie :)
Pros:

Szukałem właśnie takiej lokalizacji w niewygórowanej cenie. I to było to, super! A śniadanie zaskoczyło mnie bardzo pozytywnie, 5stars!

Cons:

Trudne wejście od strony ulicy, szczególnie z bagażem. Brak parkingu w cenie pokoju.

Pros:

Postele byly pohodlné; velký polštář mně nevyhovoval, byl jakoby to byl plážový míč nafouknutý vzduchem. Prostorná čtvercová koupelna, velký sprchový kout. Zařízení v koupelně pěkně spolu barevně a tvarově sladěno, koupelna plně vybavena kozmetickými potřebami.
Snídaně velmi bohaté a vynikající. Recepční vstřícní a snaživí.

Cons:
