Cons:

Communication with the hotel and their attitude toward the customer were absolutely terrible — honestly, below zero. I did not stay there, although I initially wanted to, but after the messages I received from them, all desire disappeared. Moreover, they threatened me with the police because I did not confirm my stay, even though I never checked in or stayed at the hotel.

Estive nesse hotel pra fazer uma consulta e uma clínica ao lado pois me sentia mal mesmo eu explicando o recepcionista brasileiro foi super rude e não me ajudou com as malas me tratou mal e lá tem escadas enormes eu não conseguia carregar minhas malas e não tive ajuda. Super mal tratada

Bem próximo ao metrô e ao centro comercial, várias lojas e uma rua tranquila. Os donos foram super atenciosos, compartilharam dicas de locais para visitarmos, comer e conversarmos bastante.

La ubicación es muy buena, linda zona con negocios y acceso al metro, tranquilamente podes llegar caminando de la estación central

Ottima posizione, pulito e personale cortese
Pros:

Posizione super con metropolitana ad un passo e locali di ogni tipo, camera pulita. Lo staff ci ha fatto la cortesia di tenerci i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Letto un pelo scomodo, e aria condizionata di non facile regolazione. Ma sono cose che onestamente metto in secondo piano rispetto agli aspetti positivi della struttura.

Budget flexible, proche du métro, chambre confortable, pratique pour un solo trip.
Pros:

Chambre climatisée, a 2 min à pieds des deux lignes de tram 1 et 2 qui peuvent vous emmener vers le duomo, la gallerie Emmanuele II et Navigi. Personnel gentil et vous pouvez laissez les bagages à la réception si vous avez votre train dans l'après-midi.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas très insonorisé au niveau des portes.
