Pros:

I like the location and decor. Value for money wasnt ideal though. 299 was very expensive

Cons:

Value for money & the fact that a staff member started knocking on our door at 10.25a.m. to ask were we checking out but check out was 11a.m.
Definitely not ideal after a night at a wedding

Pros:

I loved the location and the staff were so friendly, I even got a room upgrade and it had a jacuzzi bath in it which was amazing for after my hike up carentoohill

We were staying for two nights, so had booked a junior suite to give us a bit more room, but we were allocated a family room with 3 beds (as shown on the website). We had arrived late to the hotel due to very heavy traffic getting into Killarney, so stayed in that room for the first night. When we mentioned it in the morning and were told we were in a junior suite, we said it did not match the photos shown on the website for the room type and we didn’t need the 2 extra beds! They agreed to move us to another room for the second night which was a junior suite, no additional beds and a seating area - a lovely, spacious room! Although they were accommodating with the room change, we were criticised for not saying we were unhappy with the room on the first night. Staff weren’t particularly friendly.

Naja, aussen sehr schön, innen sehr alt und verbraucht.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, aussen und im Eingangsbereich sah es sehr schön, neu und stylisch aus.

Cons:

Bedienung beim Frühstück war nicht so gut, mussten lange warten, bis uns jemand bedient hat. Hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht, Grösse von der Suite entsorach für mich einem normalen Zimmer, Badezimmer sehr alt. Fake-Kamin hat nicht funktioniert. Von aussen sah es neuer und edler aus, innen war alles ziemlich alt und verbraucht.

I slept very well here. The rooms are quiet and the bedding was comfortable.

Great place just one small glitch,’poor wifi signal and no desire to fix it.
Pros:

Nice property. Great location. Excellent breakfast. Great overall service.

Cons:

Almost non existent wifi. I called the desk and asked if anything could be done and was told that it was working fine.

Vårt rom 102 lå i nærheten av en vifte/varmepumpe som startet i femtiden hver morgen. Det burde man se å få rettet på.
