FAIRVIEW STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE
Pros:

A planned week of hiking morphed into a 5-day stay at the Fairview hotel when SO fell ill with flu and required medical attention. Staff at the Fairview, James O'Neill in particular, were incredibly empathetic and supportive, suggesting medical aid, summoning taxis, and upgrading to a larger, quieter room. Hotel personnel continued to inquire about SO's health throughout the stay. Health issues aside, the hotel is centrally located, close to transportation and the National Park. The breakfast was a daily treat, with a variety of options (try the Eggs Benedict!).
We would happily return to this hotel.

Cons:

Bed third person was for a child/ too short for an adult.
Noise, the conversation in the bathroom of the neighbours could be followed word for word. You could hear them pee. 30 euro extra for the dog.

Wonderful hotel in Killarney
Pros:

Our family of 4 had a truly amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. The owners are so very friendly and make this hotel such a warm and welcoming place to stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio each night and having drinks watching people walk by. The location is perfect for walking around Killarney and enjoying the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area.

The hotel is so attractively decorated and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. We were grateful for the AC in our room because it was warm when we visited.

The breakfasts each day were delicious and offered a variety of choices.

We hated to leave this great hotel and will look forward to staying again next time we are in Ireland.

Great small hotel in heart of tourist Killarney.
Pros:

The location was great as was the staff and breakfast .

Cons:

We reserved a room with 2 beds and were given a twin room not a queen / twin and it was an extremely small room.
Should have asked early for a different room bit were exhausted.

Great experience! Centrally located in Killarney. Easy walking distance to everything.

Great experience! Jim and the rest of the staff at the Fairview Hotel in Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland we’re welcoming, professional, and very attentive to our needs. The property is immaculately clean and nicely furnished. We particularly enjoyed the bar off the lobby that remained opened to accommodate us while we were there. Jim has a keen sense of service that’s reflected in his staff. We had a great time and would highly recommend this centrally located gem in the heart of Killarney.

Vollkommen in Ordnung & empfehlenswert !

Nettes kleines Hotel mit ordentlich ausgestattetem Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist 100m entfernt (sehr günstig)

Cons:

Hotel generell ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
