The location and staff
Pros:

We were in the attic. It was impossible to find and badly signed. The room as really smelly. Damp patches on the walls and ceiling. You couldn't open the bathroom door properly because there was a bed in the way. No plugs in my kids room to charge devices. Got to breakfast they'd run out. Had to wait for them to cook more food.

Pros:

Not much sadly. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD THOUGH

Cons:

Room was small window with scaffolding outside, dirty cups left unwashed. Mattress was dreadful and broken. Requested it changed and it was that morning to a very HARD one. Bar food stopped before 9pm even though advertised on menus. Some staff were a bit miserable, Kelly was friendly, would rate it a 2 🌟. Sorry not again.

Excellent value for the price 👌
Pros:

Hi first time in Tiffany's, we booked in for 3 days and what a fabulous Hotel, the room very clean and the entertainment was excellent and bingo 😀 the bar food was excellent and the staff very helpful 😀 would come again next year 😀

Couldn't find any fault 😁

This was not what we booked, totally disappointing experience
Pros:

Nothing like the pictures. Dirty rooms, well dated. Mould and falling off plaster that’s just a start

Pros:

Lovely room, amazing bathroom, exceptional view. Staff was also lovely x Bar great value for money. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

1 thing that let the room down only a little thing, the no brand coffee was awful. Most hotels stock escape sachets.
