adjusting the temperature in the room has only two modes: on and off. If you turn it on, it only works on the minimum, somewhere at 18 degrees Celsius, even if you put 28 on the thermostat. when I told them this at the reception, they brought another blanket to my room, they know that this is how the system works and they have nothing to do. I got sick from there, with sore throat, ears and chills

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby was very large, beautiful, and gave a luxurious first impression. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay.

Cons:

At night, most of the lights in the hotel are turned off, which makes the hotel feel a bit too dark. There also weren’t many staff members available at the reception during the evening. Communication was difficult because most of the front desk staff spoke very limited English. When I arrived, there was only one receptionist on duty, and it took quite a while for us to understand each other before we were finally able to check in.
