Pros:

The room was perfect, the staff was very polite and agreeable, very keen to go the extra mile. The hotel is localized in a very pretty part of the city, next to some good restaurants and shopping malls

The safe was damaged, so we couldn't use it

The location is excelente. One block from Parque de la 93, a lot of restaurants, coffee places, and shops. Very convenient. The breakfast is very complete with local options and a good variety. My room has good size. I was expecting a nice view and it was ok.

Cons:

The breakfast room is small. The room I had was facing the street with office buildings in front and on the side. I had to have my curtains closed for privacy.

Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente atenciosos e solicitos. A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Minha pia estava com vazamento, o ralo do box não dá vazão pra água (a água sai pra fora), tem um ventilador de teto no banheiro que não desliga e faz barulho 24 horas por dia e por fim, a moça da lavanderia passar nos quartos antes das 9am gritando pra saber se tem roupa pra lavar, sendo que tem um cartão pra colocar na porta caso você tenha roupa pra lavar! Totalmente desnecessário e incômodo!

Esta muy bien ubicado. Tiene muchos restaurantes y bares alrededor.

Cons:

El minibar está realmente en el baño, y aunque la habitación es de un solo ambiente, no se siente adecuado.
La calidad del servicio y de las instalaciones en general no compensa lo pagado.
