Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour l ambiance nocturne

Cons:

Réceptionniste du soir. Impoli inamical. On a l impression de l embêter. Je lui dis bonjour...il me répond passeport. Plus le reste. Gardien de prison lui irait mieux...petit déjeuner très simple

À éviter , même si l’emplacement central au cœur du quartier des spectacles semble au départ une bonne idée .
Pros:

Rien . Mauvais choix de toute évidence .

Cons:

Immeuble vétuste , situé dans un quartier hyper bruyant . Impossible de dormir avant 1 h du matin .
Petit déjeuner minimal

Terrible place, not worth a quarter of the price
Pros:

The only thing I liked is that it is central and convenient to visit the whole city. Also, the bus stop to reach the airport is close enough

Cons:

The room was very dirty, with a lot of hair (presumably/hopefully from the previous guest - hair was black and I am blonde...) still sitting on the floor and in the bathroom, including a bunch of hair in the shower. The only things that were clean were bedroom and toilet. The hotel is next to a strip club, but it is the least of the problems of this area. If you get up early enough, the entrance is populated by a mixture of homeless people and junkies. Really not recommendable, and not worth even one quarter of the actual price.

For the value of money, I would go back again.

The location is close to many restaurants and shops as well as McGill but is definitely an older, more rundown hotel.

Quite a lot of stairs to get up to hotel and even more to get to our room. No elevator. Narrow stairway with very dodgy, uneven steps. Not recommended if you have a lot of luggage or are unsteady on your feet. Even being fit, you need to be very careful. The staff are hit and miss. When we checked in, the night clerk was the furthest thing from friendly. The young woman working the morning we left was cheerful and friendly. Certainly not the best area for a family as there is a huge sex shop right beside it and more within a couple blocks. Also can be loud outside as it is a very busy area.

Cozy room in the heart of Montreal
Pros:

Great location, close to everything. We got a corner room with a view right to the Jazz Festival below. The room was spacious, comfy bed, great lighting in the bathroom, helpful staff.

Cons:

We would've preferred a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast options were very minimal.

２度目はない。
Pros:

宿泊客は朝食が無料で食べれます。　食パン(２種類)とパックのヨーグルト、フルーツ(バナナ・リンゴ)、フレークが食べられる朝食です。

Cons:

立地は良いのですが、治安はとても悪い。　夜中までホテル前の通りで若者が騒いでます。　あと冷風機の音が異様にうるさいです。

It was a comfortable place. Clean, but certainly could on if it had an elevator.

Le lit était très confortable.
Petit déjeuner inclus est un plus.

Cons:

Les fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, du coup beaucoup de bruit dû au festival jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.
Climatiseur extrêmement bruyant.

One night was enough. Went to a clean University hotel for following nights at half the cost.
Pros:

The location was perfect for accessing the Jazz festival.
Staff were kind and helpful.
One kind employee helped me bring my bag up and down the staircase.
Breakfast was good enough.

Cons:

The entrance from the street was deplorable. I would clean it up and add a box with ferns and flowers. The windows were filthy. There was no elevator and I had to climb a steep staircase. Difficult for me with a hip problem. The bedroom was fine. It was spacious and clean. Nice brickwork on the walls.
Bathroom needs repainting.
Towels were dark blue and some had stains.
Breakfast room windows needed cleaning.

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne. Il est simple mais suffisant pour une nuit de passage.

Pros:

Es war im Stadtzentrum. Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut. Personal war immer sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nur Müsli oder Toast mit Joghurt. Ich weiß nicht, was ich erwartet habe aber das sah richtig traurig aus.
Außerdem sehen die Bilder nicht aus, wie die Hotelzimmer. Das Hotel ist schon deutlich älter, hellhörig und Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.
