We had an amazing stay, wish it was more than one night.
Pros:

It was a very elegant and beautiful place. The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. The spa was delightful and so refreshing.

Sehr schönes SPA aber der Rest…
Pros:

Ohne Fehl und Tadel ist in diesem Hotel der SPA Bereich. Schön gestaltet, erholsam, toller Saunabereich und kompetentes, freundliches Personal.
Der Empfang war herzlich, das Check in problemlos.
Das erste Frühstück wurde mit mehreren Tassen Tee begleitet.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag änderte sich plötzlich alles.
Kein Lächeln, gezwungenes Guten Morgen.
Trotz leerem Restaurant stapeln sich die schmutzigen Teller.
Eine Tasse Tee musste genügen.
Das Personal steht in der Ecke herum und hält eine Versammlung ab.
Ich bin grundsätzlich ein freundlicher Mensch und lasse mir Verärgerung nicht anmerken.
Die herablassende Art mit der in diesem Haus meinen Trinkgeld und meiner Freundlichkeit begegnet wurde, hat mich jedoch enttäuscht.
