Konumu çok iyi. Kahvaltısı da güzel. Sorunları takip, ilgi, bilgilendirme, sorunu çözme anlayışı ve personelin takibi gayet güzel.
Oda duvara bakıyordu. Kanal tarafında olsa daha iyi olurdu. Aile rezervasyonu yaptırmıştık, özellikle çocukların da olduğu ve oda da geçirilen vaktin de önemli olduğu düşünülürse, ayrıca belirtilmese dahi bunların gözetilmesinde yarar olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ama bu genel anlamda memnuniyetimizi çok etkilemedi, sadece bundan sonrası için bir değerlendirme olarak yazıyorum. Özellikle otelin mesajla sorması, ilgisi, hemen dönmesi, talebe cevap vermesi gayet olumlu, çok az otelde gördüğüm bir şey.

Room and bath room is too small and not enough space for storage. wardrobe was having dust. Fallen Hair from previous guest in shower area. No one answer the phone when I dial from the room. Room lighting is too low and it was dull.

Not ready room at 15.00 pm and they told me to get back in 30 minutes and try to ask them again ( I have never experienced this before in any hotel - no apology, no upgrade due to their mistake etc)

Breakfast service mediocre - we did not get all of our order on first day, confusion at table-sitting on next day, and had to wait half an hour for an omelette
