Allez-y les yeux fermés, cet hôtel est exceptionnel. Calme, emplacement vraiment magnifique, beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Conseils du personnel avant et pendant le séjour au top. Chambre très belle avec baignoire jacuzzi.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing, the restoration of the old caves and the general styling is done with respect to the local architecture. The breakfast was great with many local dishes and products. The village of Urgup is one of the most beautiful in the area with nice restaurants, many things to do around and minutes drive from the popular attractions.

Cons:

Although I like dim lighting, a few more lamps in the room would be practical. Also wifi in the rooms is very important.

Unique property with excellent service.
Pros:

We were in contact with Emir prior to our stay. He answered our many questions. He arranged transportation and a hot air balloon ride which I truly recommend. We were welcomed by staff upon our arrival. The restaurant waiter, Kareme, was very accommodating, welcoming me to have a comfortable seat while waiting for my room service to be prepared and then delivered. We arrived late in the evening and the restaurant was able to provide dinner at 10 pm. As we were headed out for our hot air balloon trip early in the morning the restaurant provided some breakfast food the night before. The desserts are quite tasty. The room was luxurious and quite unique with the cave theme.

Hygiène personnel désagréable aucun services attention. Ne tenez pas compte des photos c’est vraiment trompeur un déjeuné avec quelques nourriture qui se courent après limite on avait peur de leur demander du pain parce qu’il en avait pas du tout, ils prennent vraiment les gens pour des cons.
