Great service and location with a hard to beat location
Pros:

The service, location, and pricing were great. In a calmer part of the city that still has great connections through local transportation.

The laundry room is accessible from outside.

Despite any issues I had with the building, I still preferred staying here than a capsule hotel.
Pros:

The staff was really wonderful. I'd like to truly thank them for being so kind and helpful. The definitely made the stay much easier, and I think the staff is the best part of this place. It's also a pretty decent value for what I paid, so for going for a budget option, I preferred staying here over something like a capsule for a similar price because I still had a private room and bathroom.

Cons:

The building is a bit old, and it's reflected in the rooms. Halfway through my stay, the plumbing in my room backed up, and sewage started coming out of the drain in my bathroom floor, and I had to switch rooms. The walls are also very thin, and I could hear my neighbor coughing constantly. You'll want to have earplugs on hand just in case.

Pros:

Me encantó la privacidad y libertad que tiene uno en este hotel, puedes entrar y salir a la hora que quieras, además el personal es muy profesional y amable, también el hecho de que tenga lavandería con secadora es un 10/10

Cons:

Pienso que lo único que no me gustó, lo cual es insignificante, es que tiene unas escaleras en la entrada, pequeñas,pero fuera de eso todo de maravilla

Pros:

L'albergo è in un ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR di Sugamo e connessa alle stazione principali di tokyo. La stanza era grande abbastanza e pulita, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Cons:

Purtropp NON eseguoono pulizia della camera ma è richiesta un tassa aggiuntiva per la pulizia e cambio asciugamani, quindi fate attenzione quando prenotate.

Pros:

The room was what I needed for a 9 day stay. The refrigerator, kettle, hotplate, pot and microwave made it easy to économise on meals. There are supermarkets and minimarts every 2/3 minutes walk away. There are 2 shrines /temples within 3 to 6 mins and the Toshima market close by. Lots of restaurants and food places to choose from. The subway and train stations are less than 9 mins walk away.

Cons:

Have to pay for additional towels and linen.
No housekeeping.

Alles was man braucht, zum günstigen Preis
Pros:

Man hatte Waschmaschine und Trockner direkt im Hotel. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet aber alles nötige.

Cons:

Der Eingang zum Hotel befindet sich im Keller, Koffer sind also runter bzw. hoch zu tragen.
