Cons:

Los precios para desayunar en San Juan son muy altos, tal vez considerar un convenio para desayunar a un precio mejor, pues ahí el costo de otros hoteles con desayuno son más favorables.

Cute, decent enough
Pros:

Cute, old colonial style. Great location in Old Town. The rooftop seemed pretty cool but I only went up to have a look. Ice machine and water on site. Just around the corner is a great spot to catch the sunset!

Cons:

My room didn’t have any windows.

Beautiful unique hotel
Pros:

It’s beautiful & brilliant location for the old town. Staff aren’t there all the time, but the self check in worked well.

Cons:

My room was in the ground floor & due to the nature of the building you could clearly hear people arriving & leaving. So quite loud.

Central, clean, and beautiful building plus value for money compared to other lodgings in the area.

Cons:

Our room was a bitbon the small side with no natural light unless we left the door open. Saying that it was great for our two night stay, any longer and we may have become irritated by this issue.

Unique historic inn offers a great location in the heart of Old San Juan.
Pros:

The location couldn’t be beat for exploring Old San Juan, and the building was charming and historic. Artwork was unique and interesting. The architectural details were outstanding - the ceiling in our room was taller than the room was wide, and featured open wood beams and a beautiful crystal chandelier. In-room coffee maker provided us with a big mug of tasty coffee. Roof-top deck had a hot tub, lots of seating and what appeared to be functional claw-foot bathtubs.

Cons:

There was no staff after 4:00pm but they were helpful while there. Though bed linens were good, our bed could have been more comfortable.
