Great location, let down by house keeping and old/dirty furniture.
Pros:

Really liked the location, possibly the best in the CBD to access everything the CBD has on foot. The bathroom was large and exceptional.

Cons:

1. Room daily serving was of a poor standard, no top up of coffee pods, dishes and benches not wiped.
2. Spare blanket was old and smelled. Did not get replaced by house keeping.
3. 80% of the furniture was run down, split tops, cracks and stains etc.
4. Views limited.
5. No hotel information or booklet. Had to ask what floor lundary was on etc.
6. No telephone in room to connect with hotel staff. Required taking lift to ground floor to ask a question.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. The place could do with a bit of a spruce. I know it's a converted older building but it's had some water damage that has left some cosmetic issues.

Disappointed.Plus was location.
Cons:

The bathroom was below standard.Shower recess had mould which never was cleaned even after I asked repeatedly.The rest of the apartment was satisfactory.No house keeping apart from towels&tea bag top up.Same sheets all week.No vacuuming evident.Bit disappointed.Wont be back.

In need of renovations. Not worth the cost.
Pros:

In centre of town. However construction is happening around this location so a bit noisy. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We arrived unfortunately early in the morning and it was raining. And were unable to access the room any earlier. They did store our bags. Room was still not ready at 2pm. The room is dated and in need of renovation. Expensive and bathroom not very clean. Couch was very old and uncomfortable. One window had a visible gap between it and the wall. Limited kitchen cooking items. Check before you shop. We would never stay here again.

Hotel was in a fantastic location, so central to everything. Tram right out the front. Rooms were great. Would highly recommend.
