Well positioned location, safe, clean and loved the breakfast
Pros:

I liked the venue of the hotel, the breakfast spread is vast and delicious. The staff are friendly, polite and well informed on activities around the city. Secure parking with 24hr access control.

Cons:

The fact that a room with two occupants gets one tissue roll. And you need to call for a replacement (petty but during a critical moment it’s touch and go).

Azul food is slightly overpriced and not very tasty.

I booked a Seaview and they gave me something else. The place they gave me had cocroaches. They did not even have an iron. Staff at the resturant called Azul were terrible

Door was not opening when we were leaving, it was malfunctioning also the Lift closed with a Beep sound, and we never expected this to be happen luckily i didn't get inside the lift. whole process delayed my flight journey

I have always chosen the Radisson and have been a loyal guest for many years. Unfortunately, recently I have noticed a significant decline in the level of customer service, particularly in terms of the staff’s willingness to assist, empathy, and overall attitude towards guests.

After nearly 10 years of staying at the hotel, I must say that my most recent stay was by far the most disappointing in terms of service. The attitude of some members of the reception team was particularly concerning. Communication often felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, to the point where, as a guest, I sometimes felt as though I was asking for a favour rather than receiving the standard of service expected from a hotel of this level.

I have also unfortunately noticed what appears to be an inconsistent or selective approach in the way guests are treated. This is especially disappointing considering my long-standing loyalty to the Radisson brand.

I sincerely hope management will take this feedback seriously. My intention is not simply to complain, but to highlight an issue that deserves attention so that the level of hospitality, professionalism, and courtesy that I have associated with Radisson for many years can be restored.
