It was a beautiful stay and will be back
Pros:

Location is good, it’s clean. Beautiful views of the coastline from my room

Cons:

Proximity to South Beach exposes property to lots of noise from music which sometimes plays throughout the night

Cons:

We made a reservation for 3 people and nothing was prepared in the room
We told them before we arrived that we need 3 beds and that we are traveling with our mum from 80
When we came they had to do everything. Putting the bed in which was a sort of camping bed
They forgot to bring towels cups etc for 3
Absolutely not 5 star
The manager told us they always do it like that a very unpleasant woman
So you arrive and than they prepare the room ?? Why send the hotel than emails with questions about what kind of bed we need ??
It is misinformation on the website room is not suitable for 3 persons

Good modern hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable modern hotel with great staff especially concierge reception and bar. Very good gym for a hotel.

Cons:

Location wasn’t great for me but I’m sure works for others. Odd that the bar closes at 9!

Azul and staff are wonderful
Pros:

Azul is a very good restaurant. Appreciations to Nelson Novele, Vilate Vidal, Jose Bila and Louis Muchango.
