We were given a paraplegic room.
Nothing worked for us in this room. The cupboards had to be fixed and the safe. We were given this room and wasted our first two hours waiting for the above to be fixed. Room had no hair dryer . Had to keep requesting basic essentials.

Pros:

The hotel offers appreciable value for money. The food is great and the ambience and location is great. Please remove the street kids at the entrance to the hotel. You may work with the relevant authorities in Government. Having street kids in the hotel premises may compromise security and unnecessarily stress your visitors as they beg for money.

Our first night back in Maputo and after a day of travels Azul Restaurant is our favorite place to eat. Ricardo Muchambe gives us five star service and the food never disappoints.

Great light lunch and meeting point!
Pros:

Nice place to sit down for lunch and a quick snack. Variety of taste wraps and sandwhiches.
Service is promt and friendly. Make sure you ask for Isaías and Gertrudes!

Was also nice to watch the World Cup Matches with a cold Beer.

Excellent hotel in Maputo
Pros:

This was a great experience during the month of June 2026. Rooms are modern and hotel is well maintained. Felt very safe and service was exceptional. Lounge was excellent and the rooms with two massive TVs for viewing the World Cup was a huge plus. We were up until early hours of the morning watching the games and the service team were very accommodating
