A perfect choice for service and for being located in a classic Garagaon neighborhood
Pros:

The staff are warm, attentive, and have a good sense of humor. They are very accommodating. The rooms have all the upmarket touches like in-room amenities and big desks for doing work.

It is located in a Central location in old Garagaon, close to the old classic market and street stalls, for a taste of traditional India, as opposed to the new dot com buildings in the new part of Guragram.

I also had an issue where I left important materials back in my room - Veena at the front desk was able to rescue them and sent them securely by courier to me on the other side of Delhi - otherwise I would have missed my flight! She packed them and sent them with no questions asked and followed up to be sure all was ok. This is exceptional ! These staff work tirelessly to make the guest experience seemless.

There are also a lot of Japanese at this hotel - and as a seasoned traveller having visited 60+ countries, I’m here to tell you that the cultural mix at this particular hotel is hilarious and memorable. Loved it!

Clean & relaxing experience
Pros:

I had a really comfortable night at this hotel. The décor is a bit old fashioned, but everything is spotless and very well taken care of. The staff were kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. For the quality you get, the price feels absolutely fair. I’d definitely stay here again.
