The property is beautiful and located directly across from the beach, making the location absolutely perfect. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details were thoughtfully provided. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, the location is outstanding, and it is definitely worth the price—if not more. I would happily stay here again.

Too many stairs, it is not handicap friendly. Everyone needs to know that before they book. It was difficult to manage the stairs for my husband. There is very few parking places available nearby for non owners. That should really be addressed as there are far too many steps. Not sure actually how they manage to keep it like this with all the ADA rules.

Nothing!

Lighting! It was really dark in the rooms and the bedside lamps didn’t even work- 1 wouldn’t turn on and the other had a bulb blown. These rooms could do with more light!

Room's insonorisation and not clean

Walls are very thin and could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors said.

I don't recommend taking a studio apartment; the room is very small. The worst part is that the room had a door to another apartment, so if someone was there, you felt like you were living together. We had a cockroach in the room. The security lady was very rude, arrogant, and raised her voice.

The room was not cleaned despite the 7-day stay

The hotel only owns about 10–15 rooms, and almost all of them are on the ground floor — the rest are privately owned by the building owner. Most likely, you’ll be staying on the first floor, where there’s little to no direct sunlight.

At the front desk, they simply hand you the keys; any other issues have to be handled over the phone.

During our 7-day stay, our room was never cleaned even once.

We asked them to combine our two reservations (7 days + 3 days), but the manager still moved us to a different room. On top of that, we had to keep calling them ourselves for updates, even though they promised to keep us informed.

As a result, we had to pack all our luggage in the middle of our vacation and keep everything in the car until check-in time.

The soundproofing is VERY poor — you can even hear normal conversations through the walls.

For this price, I’d honestly recommend renting a condo from a private owner in the same complex rather than booking through the hotel.
