nice place to relax
Pros:

very nice hotel situated quiet opposite to a park like area . Very comfortable rooms. Beautiful terrace . Very friendly staff

Cons:

the roof top pool is only accessible for clients of the spa. Vallet parking recommended

El hotel esta bien situado, la habitación muy espaciosa, el staff de la entrada muy amable, estancia muy agradable.

Cons:

El hotel nos ha gustado en general, pero tratándose de un establecimiento de cinco estrellas, hay varios detalles que creo que deberían mejorarse.

En la habitación eché en falta algunas amenities básicas en el cuarto de baño, así como una percha adicional y un toallero o barra para poder colgar las toallas. También me llamó la atención que la tapa del inodoro no tuviera cierre amortiguado, por lo que en más de una ocasión se cerró de golpe. Otro detalle que eché en falta fueron bolsas en la papelera del baño. Viajábamos con un bebé y necesitábamos desechar pañales, por lo que disponer de una bolsa habría sido mucho más práctico e higiénico.

En cuanto al desayuno, la calidad y la variedad fueron muy buenas. Sin embargo, en ningún momento se nos ofreció una trona para el bebé. Como no vimos ninguna en la sala, asumimos que el hotel no disponía de ellas, hasta que por casualidad encontré una en la planta baja.

Por último, el último día se nos derramó un café durante el desayuno. Avisamos al personal para que nos ayudara, pero, aunque acudieron, el café que había caído al suelo permaneció allí y nadie lo limpió. Son pequeños detalles, pero en un hotel de cinco estrellas marcan la diferencia y esperaba un nivel de atención más acorde con la categoría del establecimiento.

En definitiva, la experiencia fue buena, pero estos aspectos hicieron que el servicio no estuviera a la altura de lo que esperaba de un hotel de cinco estrellas.

An excellent five-star experience in the heart of the city offering good value for money.
Pros:

An excellent hotel right in the heart of the city, close to the sea and the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and an excellent restaurant. The outdoor seating on the square is extremely pleasant. Good sized room and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

While the pool has a fantastic view from the 8th floor it’s pretty small and is more for relaxation than swimming.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very decent hotel. The room had a nice, airy feel to it (high ceilings, lots of light) and the bathtub in the middle of the room was lovely. Location is excellent--close to everything but slightly off the main streets so it wasn't too noisy.

Excellent location and friendly staff, but we expected more from the room
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Vigo and right along the Camino Portuguese. It has a very good breakfast, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

While the room was clean and comfortable, we were disappointed that the upgraded room had no exterior windows. The only window faced an interior wall, so there was very little natural light. We also found the window between the bathroom and bedroom offered limited privacy, even with the blind lowered. Given these features, we felt the room was overpriced for the value it provided.

Cons:

Ter tempo limitado no spa de uma hora quando estava vazio e podia ficar mais tempo.
Pedimos uma garrafa de cava que foi devolvida por não podermos ficar a beber no spa
