Wonderful Stay at highly recommended centrally located hotel
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff was great. We were able to walk everywhere.

Cons:

Breakfast should have been included, this being a 5 star hotel.

O preço diz qualidade mas as instalações dizem o contrario

A cama era confortável

Cons:

O quarto parecia ser luxuoso visto de longe, mas ao perto dava para perceber que a mobilia e a louça sanitaria no geral eram de baixa qualidade. Quis reservar o quarto pela banheira de hidromassagem e porque havia spa no hotel. Em relação a banheira, fiz um teste antes de a utilizar, enchi de agua e ativei os propulsores durante alguns minutos e parecia estar limpo. Fui tomar um duche antes de tomar banho na banheira de hidromassagem. Tomei o meu banho e no final deixei esvaziar, assim que esvaziou reparei que tinha imensas particulas pretas (tenho fotos). Tambem reparei que a àgua da torneira cheirava a mofo. Em relaçao ao spa, tinha de se marcar hora e pagar 25euros. Gostava tambem de adicionar que a minha vista era para outras janelas de outros quartos. Ou seja, por 200+ euros nao valeu a pena

The bathroom design is a major privacy issue
Pros:

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights of the stay was the beautiful view from the room’s balcony, overlooking the garden with trees right in front, creating a lovely and peaceful atmosphere.
The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom setup was a major issue and a serious lack of privacy. The bathroom has a glass wall directly facing the bedroom. Although there is a fabric blind on the glass wall, it does not actually provide adequate privacy: you cannot see from the bathroom into the bedroom, but from the bedroom you can see straight into the bathroom.
To make matters worse, the glass bathroom wall is directly opposite the balcony door. As the room was on the first floor, I had to close the balcony shutters every time I wanted to use the bathroom. The curtains on the balcony doors were fixed and could not be properly closed.
Overall, the bathroom design provides virtually no privacy and was extremely uncomfortable. This was a significant negative aspect of my stay, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Chambre sublime ; Spa juste exceptionnel de beauté avec vues incroyables ; petit déjeuner 5 étoiles ! Inoubliable ! Un service incroyable , magnifique, un personnel au TOP ! Bravo pour autant de bonheur et de professionnalisme 👏👏👏
