No concibo que un hotel de 5* te venda una habitación con vistas a un patio interior tan estrecho que no puedes ver la luz del sol…

Komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist hervorzuheben. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt dort.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung, Rollos, etc. im Zimmer wird zentral über ein Schaltersystem am Bett geregelt. In meinem Zimmer haben die Druckpunkte nicht richtig funktioniert. Es hat immer etliche Versuche benötigt, um eine Lampe zu steuern und nicht gleichzeitig eine andere wieder anzuschalten. Letztlich habe ich immer abends an der Rezeption angerufen. Von dort aus konnte man die Beleuchtung ausschalten...etwas skuril...können die etwa noch mehr überwachen?
Hätte gerne mehr den Pool auf dem Dach genutzt. Abgesehen vom hervorragend Blick von dort, lädt der Bereich aber nicht weiter zum Verweilen ein. Schade um das Potential

petit déjeuné démarre à 8h le WE au lieu de 7h en semaine, et nous avions l'avion à 7h30, on nous a transmis un sac piquenique a emporter digne d'un sac d'école de maternelle, pas top
attention au bruit de l'ascenseur, demandez une chambre loin
entrée piscine et spa fermé, ouvert uniquement avec supplément donc pas digne d'un 5*

It's worth saving up for
Pros:

This was not our first time here, and after several years away, we knew exactly what we were coming back to.
This is one of those rare hotels that was constructed by the best craftspeople using the finest materials and fitted with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. From the marble in the bathroom, the Iroko floorboards to the top quality mattresses and the choice of various pillow fillings. This hotel really does set the standard of what a five-star hotel should aim for.
The customer facing staff are all great and super helpful, and the cleaning staff do an exceptional job at keeping it feeling like they love it too.
It doesn't feel new. It feels like a place from the past, when true quality really mattered, and has kept its appeal through meticulous maintenance and polish, with the addition of modern updates and new technology.

Cons:

It's not cheap, although true luxury never is. You do, however, get what you pay for.
The buttons on the central electronic control panel had become a little unresponsive, and although everything worked, it often required more than one press.
