alles ok. preislich und lagemässig.

Pros:

Close to Zaandam Station and Primark Zaandam , also have 2 fresh market nearby. Staff also very helpful.

quarto ruim. pouco conforto na cama e travesseiro. não vale ficar nesse hotel para ir a amsterdam.

Comodo soggiorno a Zandaam
Pros:

Ottima la posizione della struttura ubicata dietro la stazione di Zandaam. Lo staff era accogliente e molto gentile

Cons:

Purtroppo il mio materasso e il piumone avevano delle macchie importanti.. peccato perchè il resto della stanza era pulito

Pros:

Smooth check in and out online. Very helpful and courteous staff. Great location for visiting Amsterdam Centre on one side and Zaanse Schans on the other. Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing as such. Bathroom glass door should not have any transparent sections and should have a locking arrangement. This has been brought out by many guests and should be done.

Olisin kaivannut matkatavaroiden säilytyspalvelua, mutta sitä ei ollut, ainoastaan vartioimaton nurkkaus.

Mij zien ze daar niet meer terug, prijs kwaliteit niet in orde en klantvriendelijkheid onder de maat

De kamer en locatie zijn acceptabel.

Cons:

Klantvriendelijkheid zwaar onder de maat, prijs-kwaliteit niet goed.

Inchecken was een drama en personeel bij inchecken en uitchecken nog erger. Meerdere fouten in berekenen kosten ontbijt, parkeren etc. tot 3 keer veranderde het en toen klopte het nog niet. Totaal een empathie en gevoel voor klantbeleving.

De kamer was oké, het water uit de douchekop ook maar de schimmel in de douchecabine was dan weer "wat minder".

Welcoming, easy, and relaxed
Pros:

It was a great location, the train station, restaurants, shopping, and grocery are all nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The self check in and out were a little odd, but once we realized the staff was still nearby it wasn’t as daunting. We then realized we were left completely on our own.
