Could be amazing but let down by surroundings

The room was lovely. Well set up. Having a fridge in the room on such a hot day was brilliant

Cons:

We paid quite a lot for tourists tax however the area wasn't clean. The outside areas of the hotel are very dirty and unkempt. Getting from the station means using a very dirty lift. Such a shame. We didn't really have staff to interact with apart from the lady who took our bags for storage and the lady who helped with self check in.

Wir waren froh das Hotel wieder verlassen zu können.
Pros:

Nur die Lage, gleich neben dem Bahnhof, wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einem geschlossenen Raum unterbringen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, kein Tisch war sauber als wie Frühstücken wollten, mussten an einem Tisch essen der nicht sauber war.Die Auswahl war nicht besonders.

Pros:

A localização é um ponto favorável, a poucos passos da estação de Zaandan que fica 15/20 min da estação central de Amsterdã. Equipe de funcionários bem solicita e preparada. O quarto fiquei tem um bom tamanho, contudo, os utensílios de cozinha são escasso. A cozinha se resume a um microondas, um frigobar pequeno e uma pia. Há um mercado bem próximo para quem deseje comprar alimentos que possam ser feitos no microondas.
Na porta do hotel há bicicletas para locação, vale muito ir a Zaanse Schans de bicicleta.

Cons:

Do fato de não ter uma cozinha completa.
Confesso que não dei a devida atenção a esta questão no momento da reserva

Kan het niet bedenken.

Ontbijt wasverzachter zwijnenstal. Alle tafels waren onafgeruimd en te smerig om aan te ontbijten. Wat een drama.

Net hotel, schone kamer. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Volgens de WhatsApp AI assistent zouden er ebikes aanwezig zijn maar dit bleek bij navraag niet het geval te zijn. We hebben daarna op andere locatie aan fietsen kunnen komen.

Pros:

The property was good. Minimally staffed, the check-in was automated. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel parking had a fee which was cheaper than the park & ride adjacent to the property. It's also very close to the Zaandam train and bus stations, which was super convenient. The receptionist was also very pleasant and was always willing to assist. Would definitely recommend.
