Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good, housekeeping was great. Can't fault any of the staff they were amazing

Cons:

Very outdated and needs upgrading, beds, electric blankets are so old, tv couldn't play Netflix or anything to watch a movie at the end of the night, sink and toilet seat are so warn, plastic bath mat was stained, hair dryer didn't work.

Worth a visit
Pros:

Pretty central, comfortable beds and basic facilities. Well set up

Cons:

While it is central, the driveway can be challenging to get out of when traffic is heavy due to being right by a busy intersection

The location is great. Good value for money when you get a good deal. Nice and quiet off a main road. Stayed a few times now.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit dated but the water pressure is great.

Good valve, friendly staff, clean and tidy, beds are ok, parking and good location.
Pros:

Perfect for a couple of nights, good value, generally tidy and clean, 20 minute walk to CBD, 5 mins drive to a plethora of Asian food restaurants, and the Riccarton mall, and pac n save which is super convenient. Kitchen is great with microwave, kettle and toaster all good.

Cons:

The bathrooms a little tired, but clean and totally fine and water was hot and lots of it, some noise between units, but it is a motel. electric cook pan was a bit grim ( old unit, burnt on food and flaking non stick probably from other users not cleaning it),

We stay here often due to location and price .
Pros:

Handy to town and reasonably priced. Was able to get a slightly later checkout and leave cars while we went for breakfast. Reception were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Heater did not work in the room. No extra blankets .
