Pros:

It was near to Wolfbrook Arena, clean, warm and cheap. It was well lit when we returned late from a concert.

Cons:

One of the beds was incredibly soft and squishy. Woke up with a terrible backache, and didn't sleep well. Shower was nice, but only hand soap available. Don't forget your own toiletries. The bathroom ceilings are very low. Not a problem for us, but if you're over about 5'8 you'll have a problem showering.

While the outside is very modern looking, inside it is devoid of any personality---not really a problem but it was remarkably bland, which did give the feeling they don't care much.

Pros:

Great location. Opposite Hagley Park, close to restaurants, CBD, and transport. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Well priced.

Great location and quiet

Cons:

The door itself and window is open everyone can see into your room. It is hard to close the door without having to play games with the curtain.
