Inside freezer door on fridge broken so it froze everything it should have only chilled.

Stayed theres lots, comfortable, purfect sized rooms. Easy to access hadley park, the hospital and city. Great location. Spa bath room is very nice.

Great sized rooms with parking located outside. Wifi was good and had a kitchenette. Located right near the parks and botanical gardens which makes for a wonderful walk into the city with lots of lovely cafe options.
Late check in process was a bit confusing, but was all sorted once I called the office, and very easy once we arrived. No lift to top floor (only one set of stairs though)
The location was great, close to a large mall and restaurants. The Towers is across the road from Hagley Park and an easy walk to Botanical Gardens, Art Gallery and Museum. The Towers is a little dated but very clean and has everything you need. It is well priced
