La posizione molto centrale e vicina alla stazione dei bus e dei treni

Cons:

La camera è poco accogliente. Appena si accede si percepisce un cattivo odore che non so se proviene dal bagno o dalla moquette. Non era possibile aprire la finestra perché erano presenti dei ponteggi (dei quali non eravamo stati informati). Il bagno molto piccolo, si rischia di sbattere la faccia sul lavandino mentre si è seduti sul water. La struttura non risulta assolutamente conforme a un 4 stelle.
Nulla di eccezionale nella colazione (non era possibile nemmeno farsi un cappuccino nonostante fosse continentale).

Tyvärr var detta en mycket dålig upplevelse från början till slut. Hotellet genomförde renoveringsarbete under vår vistelse, vilket innebar höga ljud från maskiner redan tidigt på morgonen. Det var omöjligt att få en ordentlig natts sömn, och jag var trött resten av dagen.

Det första rummet vi tilldelades luktade starkt av öl och golvet var kladdigt och smutsigt. När vi påpekade detta fick vi byta rum, men det visade sig vara i ännu sämre skick. Rummet var slitet, omodernt och kändes inte rent eller välskött.

För att göra saken värre upplevde vi personalen som otrevlig och ointresserad av att hjälpa till. Det enda de verkade bry sig om var att få in mer pengar. Trots att rummet vi fick varken motsvarade bilderna eller beskrivningen på bokningssidan ville de att vi skulle betala extra för att få byta rum. Det kändes varken rättvist eller professionellt.

Top Lage und Frühstück
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage ist unschlagbar in Uddevalla (nah an der Innenstadt und am Bus- und Zugbahnhof. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und bietet von herzhaft bis süß verschiedenste Sachen.

Cons:

Rund ums Hotel steht aktuell ein grünes Baugerüst, dass die Sicht aus dem Zimmer unmöglich macht. Ab ca. 7 Uhr hörte man im Zimmer Baulärm. Ebenfalls wird auf dem Flur laut Musik gespielt, die man bis ins Zimmer hört, ca. bis 23 Uhr.

Sveriges bästa frukost!
Pros:

Helt otrolig frukost!! Den bästa i Sverige. Och jag har provat många hotel. Super trevlig personal snygga rum och magisk frulle. Det fanns allt man ville ha och lite till. Återkommer mer än gärna! Mvh Anders Nord.

Cons:

Att det bara vart en natt. Hade velat se med av Uddevalla istället för att bara vara på genomresa.
