This property offers online self check-in only.

In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.

This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. I made a reservation in september to july.
Two days before the day of the reservation i was contacted by a number saying they needed to talk to me. They never wrote the problem or answered my message on booking saying there was a legit contact from the guest house. I talked to sarah and she said they had a problem with the room (there was no plumber available).
They said they would refund me full payment and check in taxes in full. I agreed because if i made via booking the refund was partial.
I was able to find another room in the city, but should have been their responsibility.
Still to this day i had no refund. I tried to call sarah's number with no luck.
I would like the refund and a reply

Cons:

Le frigidaire ne marche pas,le réseau TV ne marche pas, la wifi a fonctionné 15 h sur 48 h
Et la salle de bain était vétuste et la douche de 70x70 était inutilisable pour mon mari de 85 kg
Tout ceci n'est pas correct vis à vis du prix.
