Pros:

Da localização e quarto espaçoso. Bom café da manhã. Excelente opção em Chapinero. Bem próximo às melhoras lojas, bares e restaurantes.

Not a place to rest or have a decent night's sleep. The location is great for enjoying the day in the area.

Cons:

It's an old building with subpar renovations. Despite the excellent cleaning staff, the facilities are outdated, and there's a sewer odor coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The windows are not soundproof and face bars and clubs. There is no air conditioning; it was impossible to sleep when outside temperature was 70°F. They provided a regular fan, but opening the window meant noise kept us awake. The place looks different from the pictures.

Старый ТВ ( есть только местные каналы).
Нет чайника и чашек.
Шумно, окна выходили на дорогу, слышно ночные клубы.
Очень жестокие и большие подушки, голова утром болит.
Не могли оплатить картой разных стран, хотя они везде работали в других местах.

It's worth the cost-benefit!
Pros:

Very close to everything: restaurants, bars, shopping malls! The staff are very attentive; Mr. Ivan helped us a lot when we arrived. The breakfast is very good!

Cons:

Because it was near bars and some nightclubs, on our last day we heard party noise during the early hours of the morning, which was a bit bothersome.
