Breakfast selection was ok - cereal was stale
Understand winter and therefore down season - all felt a bit tired.

Cons:

Staff were quite abrupt upon arrival. Unfortunately this left a sour task for the rest of the visit

One night stay
Pros:

This is the 2nd time ive stayed here. Enjoyed it this time around just like the first time. I was upstairs this time and it was nice. Spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Just the jug does not automatically switch off. Shower curtain could be longer too.

The hotel.
I chose this hotel especially because they offered a breakfast buffet something I especially enjoy as part of the hotel experience. When we arrived we were told no breakfast was available. We got a $50 discount but without a kitchenette in the room you have to tell me how $50 replaces 3 breakfasts for 2 people when you are forced to eat outdoors.
The room felt old and old fashioned, beds were rock hard, shower cold or burning. The gym wouldn't open. The pool was under maintenance, no lounge no nothing. Basically no luxury feeling anywhere to be found. I rather would have paid less for a motel room where I could have cooked my own meal.

Was a great relaxing weekend stay which was a lovely birthday present for my partner

Great location, comfortable clean room with efficient regular daily housekeeping.

Cons:

Kitchen & restaurant, Spa and Pool were all closed for renovation and no breakfast was available.

The staff was helpful and friendly and put me up in a quiet area of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed super comfortable. I would stay here again

I would stay here again. Value for money- great. Easy to get to, park ect. Lovely people.
Pros:

The property was clean. Very easy to deal with and accommodating! Lovely man. Very kind and wanted to ensure everyone was happy and comfortable.

Cons:

The room I had, the shower drain couldn’t keep up- flooded the floor.
The beds were too hard for mer personally.
