Personally wouldn't stay again due to the low standards of breakfast,
Pros:

Room was comfortable enough could do with redecorating as there were next to no decor, pool was out of use and looks to be for a while.

Cons:

We paid for breakfast with our accommodation and were very disappointed with what was provided. We ate elsewhere both mornings. We paid for breakfast for convenience so we wouldn't have to go elsewhere but we unfortunately had to do just that. And we are not high maintenance people at all we are your most basic kiwis!

Lovely spot in Paihia 2 minute walk to the beach, the room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was great. Our family loved the gym facilities

Empfangschef, Frühstückskoch, Chauffeur, Concierge und Mädchen für alles, er liebt offenbar seine Gäste und seinen Beruf, kennt jeden und kann alles.

Overall great value for money, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Good size room, outdoor seating and own deck, clean facilities.

Cons:

The shower head is too low, and we are not tall.
Had to duck down to wash face and hair.
