They provided a lovely yummy breakfast in the room early morning at 7.30AM on my special request. That was a wonderful gesture. Property is very close to the lovely serene beach. Would love coming back with my family.
A night stay place to be away from busy life

It was good. I requested a bath which they made a room available to meet our needs with a 3 year old. Thank you.
Toilet was blocked and took 3 hours to get hold of someone to come and fix. Need to have an after hours number incase of emergencies like this.
Hotel is being done up at the moment so the swimming pool and restaurant weren't available when we were there, which was a shame for my kids. Would have been good to have bowls for making brekki as kids had to use mugs for their coco pops.

Not a dislike, just small requirements possibly, microwave plate and cutlery, as we brought cheese fr our crackers, and for us ladies a extra mirror by power point.

The staff didn't tell us how to use the heat pump effectively until we complained about a cold night. Apparently 30 celsius mode is less effective than 26 celsius which is quite counter intuitive, and should be explained upon arrival.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed here. Enjoyed it this time around just like the first time. I was upstairs this time and it was nice. Spacious and comfortable.
Just the jug does not automatically switch off. Shower curtain could be longer too.

The hotel.
I chose this hotel especially because they offered a breakfast buffet something I especially enjoy as part of the hotel experience. When we arrived we were told no breakfast was available. We got a $50 discount but without a kitchenette in the room you have to tell me how $50 replaces 3 breakfasts for 2 people when you are forced to eat outdoors.
The room felt old and old fashioned, beds were rock hard, shower cold or burning. The gym wouldn't open. The pool was under maintenance, no lounge no nothing. Basically no luxury feeling anywhere to be found. I rather would have paid less for a motel room where I could have cooked my own meal.
