Pros:

Set in the grounds of the country park

Cons:

Had to pay £12 parking and there was a loud banging for most of the night, presumably near the laundry room.

was nice
Pros:

Hotel located in the park, old abbey, 15 minutes by car from Coventry. Very good service, good food. Rooms good, if you happen to get a freshly renovated one.
if it's an old one, then its humid, cold and smelly. I got one like that at the begning but after asking for sth more modern I got a normal one.

Cons:

the only vegetable at breakfast was baked tomato, no fresh vegetables. and only toast bread and croisants. So bakery typical English.

Unfortunately not an experience we wish to duplicate having had several perfectly wonderful stays.
Pros:

The facade of the building, grounds and the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Firstly the public areas needed attention and good spring clean, carpets threadbare.
The bedroom high level cleaning non existent along with cobwebs on the walls and lights/fittings. Bathroom pubic hair in bath, mould on tiles, grouting and painted walls. The extractor fan wasn't working so condensation. View from bedroom window you could see debris which looks like remnants of building site, overgrown weeds and grass.
Definitely needs some investment

Convenient for staying out of town but good access for the Arena stadium
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and it was a very good deal!

Cons:

Wasn’t very happy for the car parking fee! Don’t really understand why hotel guests had to pay..
Lovely oldy woldy property, however not brilliant if you’re not a fan of all the soft furnishings!! But that’s what comes with the character of the property.

Pros:

Beautifully maintained property with a lovely ambiance, helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

I think the cost could have included breakfast. Meal portions were small for the price. The weekend was a hot one and fans should have been provided in each room.
