Uitstekend verzorgd hotel met ruime kamers en uitgebreid ontbijt maar weinig behulpzaam en niet erg vriendelijk personee

Ruime propere kamers.zeer verzorgd ontbijt

Cons:

Weinig vriendelijk personeel aan receptie en weinig behulpzaam. Bij check out stond er een extra bedrag op de rekening en de persoon aan de receptie wist niet waarover het ging.
Sauna was koud :-( en duur

Good place for a 1-2 night stay if you want to see Iguazu falls
Pros:

Staff were very helpful in helping us organising a driver to take us to Iguazu, both for the argentinian side and the brazilian side

Cons:

Was fine overall
Slightly challenging to find our room as there's two sets of lifts but it was ok

Magnífico Hotel!
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, los espacios bonitos, la habitación linda y muy cómoda, el desayuno delicioso (lo mejor de todo es el pan que preparan). Un lugar muy disfrutable con una ubicación inmejorable, en una zona bonita, a 10 minutos caminando de la famosa Av. Brasil y a 2 minutos de la terminal de autobuses que te llevan a las Cataratas y otros destinos. Regresaremos encantados a este hotel en las siguientes vacaciones.
