Comfortable and conveniently located
Pros:

The hotel was very conveniently located near the bus station, and to restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the commitment to environmentalism, including separate bins for recyclables and non-recyclables. The swimming pool was a nice bonus—it was cold but had a heated jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and generally helpful.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower ran out in the evenings. I had a bit of difficulty with the TV and the front desk staff said they would send someone to the room but no one came. Managed to figure out the TV myself. The air-conditioner was adjustable on the first day, then after that I couldn’t change the settings—not sure why. The breakfast was rather ordinary and repetitive, though it had a good selection of fruit.
