We booked two rooms, and I expected one of them to have a terrace, as shown in
the photos. When we arrived, we didnt check whether everything matched what we
had booked because we were traveling with three tired children and went straight
to the beach.
Later that evening, I came to the reception and asked if you could change the
room without a terrace to one with a terrace. However, I was told that it was
not possible.
I am very disappointed that your hotel is unwilling to resolve this issue or
take our request into consideration. In fact, we shouldnt have had to ask at
all—the room should have had a terrace as advertised.
Das Hotel Del Golfo wirbt mit 4 Sternen und einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass dies vor einigen Jahren auch der Realität entsprach. Heute wirkt das Hotel jedoch eher wie ein Schatten seiner selbst.
Der Aussenbereich ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt vernachlässigt. Die Rattanmöbel am Pool sowie in der Lounge sind teilweise beschädigt und schmutzig. Der Pool selbst ist mit etwa 3 × 5 Metern sehr klein und eher für Kinder geeignet.
Auch das Frühstück hat mich enttäuscht. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr als Toastbrot, kalte Eier und in Plastik verpackten Käse. Das Buffet war klein und bot nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl.
Das Hotel wirbt zudem mit einem privaten Strand. Dieser ist zwar vorhanden, allerdings erreicht man ihn erst nach einem etwa 15- bis 20-minütigen Fussmarsch entlang einer Hauptstrasse. Vor Ort kostet die Miete für zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm zusätzlich 45 €. Der öffentliche Strand ist zwar über eine Unterführung erreichbar, diese wirkt jedoch wenig einladend.
Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Balkon wird mit den Nachbarzimmern geteilt, was mich persönlich jedoch nicht gestört hat.
Leider waren sowohl das hoteleigene Restaurant als auch die Bar während meines Aufenthalts geschlossen. Auch das passt für mich nicht zu einem Hotel mit 4-Sterne-Anspruch.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.
Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel eher bei 2,5 Sternen einordnen. Für den verlangten Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht daher nicht.

Despite of the proximity to the beach, one has to cross a narrow, dark underground tunnel to get there. Same tunnel is to be used when wanting to walk to the city, which is quite far away. In terms of amenities, I believe they look nicer in the photos than in real life - Pool is very small, but not used by a lot of people.

La piscina, es ridícula para el tamaño del hotel. Para salir del hotel andando, o bien atraviesas un tunel que te deja directamente en la playa de delante (es una zona con el puerto y los barcos al lado) o tienes que cruzar la carretera, sin ningún paso de peatones y tendrás que saltar el quitamiedos.

Le cadre, l’emplacement, le parking, les membres du personnel qui sont très sympathiques. (Notamment la dame avec des lunettes qui s’occupe du petit déjeuné et du service de l’apéro qui est très gentille)

La proximité avec la plage et le petit passage qui relie l’hôtel à celle ci.
Malheureusement je pense que la direction se repose un peu sur le cadre et le bâtiment qui est exceptionnel.
Mais les extérieurs ne sont pas très bien entretenus, notamment le contrebas de la terrasse du petit déjeuner qui est laissé à l’abandon avec des salons de jardin abîmés recouvert de mauvaises herbes, l’escalier qui mène à la plage est pleins de déchets. Le contour de la piscine est vert. Nous avions réservé la chambre à partir du 31 mais suite à imprévu nous sommes arrivés le 1er août au matin (nous avons bien avidement payer la nuit quand même). Cependant la place de parking et le supplément chien ont été comptés à partir du 31 alors que nous n’étions pas encore là. Je m’en suis rendu compte une fois avoir quitté l’hôtel. Payer la nuit je suis d’accord, mais payer les suppléments alors que nous n’étions pas encore là…
