Pleasant, attractive, clean, functional, fun.
Pros:

The room was clean, attractive, comfortable, and functional. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was a lot of fun with my kids and it's also very pretty. I appreciated having a lifeguard on duty. I didn't even know about the little free arcade before we arrived but that was a nice addition for my kids to enjoy.

Das Hotel ist neu alles war perfekt. Der Pool bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist hervorzuheben und ein Besuch im Spa auch absolut zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel, worth the stay
Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a gym and a swimming pool, although we didn't use them. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Pros:

Tout était parfait; excellent service par téléphone avant notre arrivée, excellent service au comptoire de la réception. La chambre était visiblement dédiée aux clients qui voyagent avec leurs animaux et c'était ce dont nous avions besoin, alors nous en étions très satisfaits. C'était notre 3e séjour à cet établissement et nous avons toujours eu un service impeccable.

Cons:

La machine pour sortir de l'argent est hors d'usage et la plateforme pour donner du pourboire au personnel qui fait les chambres n'est pas du tout pratique. La plateforme prend beaucoup de temps à ouvrir avec le code QR et elle donne des codes d'erreurs au lieu de traiter les transactions, ce qui ne met pas du tout l'utilisateur en confiance. Je n'ai donc pas pu donner de pourboire et j'en suis désolée, car tout le reste était parfait.
