Convenient for what we needed for three days
Pros:

Being in the centre of town was really convenient for shops,bars & restaurants,however,it can be noisy some nights when bars close!

Cons:

It was undergoing a much needed ‘tidy up’ so was noisy at times,but it needs a refurb badly.

Wynstay stay
Pros:

Convenience and location with parking and nice staff

Cons:

That we had to choose and pay for breakfast when we checked in. Paid for two full breakfasts only had cereal toast and tea.

Tired and dated hotel. Staff were friendly enough. Wouldn’t stay again

It was ok but very run down, bathroom and bedroom were very tired. Window whistles when the wind blew. Dated

parking ticket spoiled everything.

Breakfast wasn t bad.

Cons:

We asked the counter staff upon arrival if they needed my car details and were told ah no its ok.A few weeks later we had a letter charging us £100 pounds for non car park payment.This totally ruined my Birthday break.

Room was spacious, staff friendly & helpful. Hotel is in a good location right in the city centre.

Dissatisfied.
Pros:

Room wasn’t very clean, paint peeling off bathroom ceiling,mold on silicon and ceiling.
Bedroom wall dirty and paint missing, mirror cracked in 2 places.
Staff disinterested apart from the lovely girl on reception.
Very disappointed, paid £117.
