Die zentrale Lage inklusive Parkplatz.
Das Personal ist freundlich und man hat uns auf Nachfrage einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der Fahrstuhl war kaputt, das Zimmer sehr klein. Die Alarmsicherung des Fensters war zu kurz, um das Fenster vernünftig öffnen zu können. Keine Klimaanlage, Schimmel im Fensterbereich. Das Bad sehr veraltet.
Das gesamte Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig.
Für eine Nacht ging es, aber eine zweite hätten wir dort nicht verbracht.

Bedroom and bathroom very small and very dated. 1 night was enough.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay with them.
Comfortable beds. Fan in the bedroom. Speedy arrival of food once ordered, good portion size, tasty and good value. Cleanliness. Quiet rooms, well soundproofed. Decor. Friendly staff.
Sausages a bit overcooked. Hotel has EV charging facilities but they did not fit my car. Hotel needs to specify which facilities it offers. Staff gave incorrect information about nearby EV charge points. I thought the overnight price a bit expensive.
Price but found many other hotels offering the same price which would have looked after us better.
3 hours 30 minute drive to Wrexham. Arrived with 15 minutes to book supper. By the time checked in and left luggage in room was told that we couldn't book a meal as the kitchen closed 4 minutes earlier!!!!! The waitress did not even check with the kitchen. Informed we could order a takeaway from the outlets in Wrexham. Are you not a hotel? Disgraceful.
Room was noisy. Chiller going all night. No need for an alarm with the ruddy seagulls. Church bells kept you updated with the time. Sunday night revellers noise echoed in the multi storey car park opposite. Room was tired, plaster flaking.
Good value, and destination
Location was fabulous, great value for money
Could do with decorating.
The accommodation was in the center and close to restaurants and the like. It's approx 12 mins from the Train Station which suited.my needs given I booked in order to attend a gig in Buckley. The main pro was definitely the comfy bed, and no noise.
My advice would be to skip the food for other options, especially Breakfast where you should be walking 1 min to to^st (toast) cafe and deli

Die Fenster müssten dringend mal geputzt werden. Es gab beim Frühstück nur Instantkaffee.
I loved the modern feel to the rooms, the building had lots of character

Location brilliant. Bar lovely. Room clean and functional
Our room was at the back of hotel over smoking area. Very noisy with people congregating there.. Bottle bank emptied around 7 and woke us. Then bin lorry. We asked to move to front but refused as they are family rooms. Old hotel with no double glazing.
Good location
Rooms were very dated our bathroom light didn't work and no one to fix it rooms need an update and a good clean
Location is great , bar good and staff friendly and efficient .
Carpet could have done with cleaning but everything else was spick and span despite it all being a bit worn out .
