Pros:

Been Many times and yes going again.

Cons:

This time the lift was'nt working. There are options as for companies to hire alternative mechanical chaires to climb staires.
I'm Disabled. Visibly. My alocated Room Top Floor.
The time before. The heatter was'nt working. It was December just before xmas.
The Rooms are tired and i recognise the interior furniture to be 30+ year old.
I was also there the night Prinsess Diana passed away so i Do Know.. Regards. Robert Jones

I enjoyed my stay as it was an opportunity for me to meet up with old friends who were on holiday.
Pros:

For such a large hotel the breakfast dinning area was small and inadequate. Having booked breakfast for 08:30 and for 5 people we were disappointed to find no room and to be told to return in 20 minutes only to find there was still no room. We eventually asked for a refund and went to a cafe close to the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel could have utelised the bar area instead of the smaller function room.I enjoyed my stay

Pros:

Bed was lovely and comfy

Cons:

Very dated. Charging phones was a issue due to location of plug sockets. We had to ask for towels due to only one towel even though there was two of us staying

Don’t stay here unless nothing else available
Pros:

Central location and nice staff with a pub on the site.

Cons:

Poor beds, poor decoration and poor rooms. It really is a spit and sawdust hotel for tradespeople but unfortunately the prices don’t reflect the standards. It’s a last resort choice.
