The location is right next to my job
My pillows smelt frowsey, not the case but the actual pillow but to be fair the good lady at reception replaced the pillows immediately
Good accessibility, very comfortable bed, room a good size, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cold tap in bath didn't work, room very warm in summer temperatures.
Staff were very good. Basic, simple hotel at a very cheap price. Just needed a room for the night so it did the job.

No air con or fan was very hot and problem sleeping
Comfortable bed, Good attendance to needs at Reception. Good parking facilities.
At breakfast, waiter was in kitchen, leaving all tables unmade. Had to wait to be seated. Got the breakfast order wrong. He went back in kitchen so we couldn’t request deficit in order, and left all other tables with used pots,etc.

Everything in poor repair. Dirty outside, little or no maintenance on the building is apparent and no aircon. room was as hot as a sauna, fortunately the very obliging staff turned up with a fan which saved the day. Breakfast mediocre with only sachet coffee and boxed cereals.
Excellent breakfast and as always Faye was brilliant taking our breakfast orders and waiting on - always smiling and welcoming.
First impression on main door handles were absolutely stinking
Didn't look the cleanest and room very dated and walls dirty with holes in headboard
Reception lady was friendly and welcoming
Room dated, shower poor quality and not enjoyable issue with mixer taps, mattress dated and too worn (very soft) pillows cheap and not enjoyable
Hotel stuff are friendly, Room clean, tidy but old. Room was really big. car park close to enterance
Can hear man Fan air flow all the time outside the window
