Sehr freundluches Personal, sauber, gutes Frühstück. Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht durch Veranstaltungen in der Nähe.
Pros:

Sehr gut, auch die Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Zentrale Lage, aber lauter Lärm immer bis Mitternacht, da es ständig Veranstaltungen auf dem nahe gelegenen Platz gibt.

Central Location, Comfortable Rooms, Wonderful Rooftop Terrace
Pros:

After 5 nights at La Ciliegina in May, after staying here a year ago, I'm totally convinced - this is the place to stay to see Napoli. Literally! The view from the well-appointed rooftop terrace (jacuzzi, sun beds, many tables and chairs) in all directions is splendid. Especially in the direction of Mount Vesuvius. The location is very central -- within a 5-minute walk are Piazza Municipio and its very modern Metro station; Via Toledo; the Galleria Umberto; and the Teatro San Carlo. Great Napoli landmarks, all close by. And the Molo Beverello ferry dock is a 10-15 minute walk away. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious enough; the staff at the desk is pleasant; and the breakfast service, run with care by gracious Alcidia, is ample and tasty. All this at a price I consider fair and reasonable. Highly recommended for all, lives up to its stellar reviews, we hope to have the good fortune to return to La Ciliegina!

Great choice for Naples.
Pros:

We were really happy with this hotel when we were in Naples. Very clean and had a very good breakfast. The staff was very considerate. Beautiful rooftop too. We would stay here again

Elegant and great location
Pros:

We ended our Italian vacation in Naples. We knew we would be tired and we knew we wanted to be close to the sites/restaurants/shopping. This hotel was the perfect way to end a lovely vacation. The room was really nice. There was a lovely rooftop area with a hot tub. Guests can sit, drink a prosecco and have a great view of Vesuvius and the city. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to many of the historical sites, great restaurants and shopping. Also close to the funicular if you want to go the top of Naples for the amazing views, castle or monastery. Staff was super nice and helpful. Worry free and elegant visit.

Beautifully appointed small hotel in the heart of Naples. Great location. Wonderful, helpful staff. Scenic, rooftop terrace overlooking the main piazza and port. All our requests were quickly and efficiently fulfilled. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

L'ottima posizione e la cordialità dello staff.

Cons:

La camera matrimoniale deluxe era priva di effettive finestre. C'era solo una finistrella/oblò molto piccola e due aperture sul tetto, che la mattina hanno fatto entrare la luce del sole nella camera, con la conseguenza che mi sono svegliato all'alba con le prime luci. La colazione era appena sufficiente.
