El hotel es muy bueno, tiene buenas instalaciones. La ubicación es excelente, tiene la playa al frente y zonas comerciales en todo al rededor. El personal fue muy muy amable, y las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas.

The location was great, close to malls, historical center, restaurants and pretty much everything that tourists looking for, breakfast was delicious and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. my room was a good size and clean.
there was no air conditioning in the common hallway areas, but the room was chill enough and no shuttle bus service.
El buffet de desayunos es excelente, con comida deliciosa y un menú que cambia a diario, lo que hace que cada desayuno sea una experiencia diferente. La hospitalidad y la atención de todo el personal fueron sobresalientes. Un reconocimiento especial y un 10/10 para los señores del restaurante por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y excelente servicio.
Lo que no me gustó fue la falta de confort en la habitación. Aunque era muy amplia, el aire acondicionado no tenía la capacidad suficiente para enfriarla adecuadamente. En conclusión, habría sido muy útil contar con un ventilador cerca de la cama, pero lamentablemente no fue posible.
Todo estuvo bien, me hubiera gustado que la habitación con vista al mar tuviera terraza o balcón y en la descripción de la habitación se especificara que es solo una VENTANA GRANDE ... el área de la alberca pequeña no coincide con las fotos y No hicimos uso de ellas porque no había que Bar y por pequeña
