Pros:

La ubicación, el personal, especialmente Roberta en el recepción desk, Ricardo en el comedor al desayuno y en general todo el personal muy atentos.
La suite muy muy comoda, espaciosa, buen aa y la limpieza estraordinaria!!

Cons:

Le hace mucha falta un segundo ascensor y el comedor es algo estrecho.

Excelente ubicación. Personal de recepción muy atento. Habitación cuádruple extremadamente cómoda, baño amplio, agua de cortesía. Desayuno de buena calidad, con aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Nunca apareció uno de varios paquetes enviados por correo antes de la estadía. En una ocasión todas las cajas de seguridad del 5to piso fallaron (lo cual es raro porque son independientes) y las debió abrir manualmente un encargado de mantenimiento, habría sido aún más grave de suceder al momento del checkout. Hay un único ascensor pequeño, se generan esperas.

Pros:

Nos tocó la habitación en la zona más nueva y remodelada del hotel. Excelente habitación, moderna y amplia. Todo el personal super agradable y predispuesto. La ubicación es excelente, a pie se llega muy rápido a Via del Corso para hacer compras, a la Fontana di Trevi y Plaza España, todos muy cerca con varios lugares cerca para cenar.

Bei Booking wird suggeriert, dass ein Parkplatz beim Hotel liegt. Das ist leider nicht wahr. Auch eine Zufahrt ist aufgrund der ZLT nicht möglich. Schade hätte ich das von vornherein gewusst, hätte ich dort nicht gebucht. Das Hotel an sich perfekt!

Começou horrível decepcionante e melhorou muito depois de trocar o quarto.
Pros:

Somente a localização.

Cons:

Quarto e banheiro muito velho, arrebentando e não condiz com o valor e classificação de um hotel 4 estrelas. Reclamei e no dia seguinte nos colocaram em um quarto reformado que estava ótimo. Quarto original 213 não chega nem em um hotel de duas estrelas.
