This is only for the restaurant service. Great food and great service by Priyanka and Rahul. The key is to reach early for the buffet to be able to enjoy.

New staff very courteous but lack training
Room air conditioning was a major set back as the cooling was getting switched off every night by 2.00 am possibly a power saving initiative. We have been staying here regularly for over 10 years and never faced such issues
Excellent service throughout my stay. The in-house restaurant Rasa was exceptional, Mr. Raju & Mr. Soumyadeep have been really hospitable throughout, excellent service from the both of them. Overall I would really recommend four points by sheraton at vadodara to everyone as their service is impeccable.
