Great air conditioned room and helpful staff

Cons:

They arranged my taxi to the Campino Airport, three kilometres away! The taxi driver charged me 58 euros!! In the past it has only cost me 20 euros. I was ripped off. The hotel must complain to the taxi form about this as I will be unable to stay at this great hotel if it is going to cost me so much to get to the local airport.

Pros:

A quiet hotel with real gardens, birdsong, and a spa. It sits right on the lake. The staff were warm and helpful the whole time, always with a smile.

Cons:

A small point for improvement: the room receives very little natural sunlight, which seemed to contribute to a slight musty smell. A little extra attention to ventilation would make the experience even better

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in the extreme heat. The hotel was also quiet, and the location was very convenient, with easy transport links to the city centre and the airport nearby.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with our booking, which was not the hotel’s fault, but the way the team handled the situation was truly exceptional. They were incredibly flexible, understanding and helpful, and it was clear that they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and not let this problem spoil our little holiday. Hats off to the whole team!

We have travelled to many places around the world, but we have rarely come across such friendly, helpful and excellent problem-solving staff. A truly wonderful team showing genuine Italian hospitality!

Convenient for an overnight stop
Pros:

It was reasonably close to the airport to enable us to get an early flight

Cons:

The room etc was ok but not great facilities
It is a 15minute walk from the shuttle bus stop which with cases etc was a bit of a slog - we took a taxi in the morning and we were charged 30 euros for a 10 minute trip
