A szálloda a főút mellett van, a medence egy kerítéssel van elválasztva az úttól.
Ráfél a szállodása egy felújítás.
A szobák zajosak.
Az étkező tisztaságán javítani szükséges.
A reggeli nem megfelelő minőségű.
Magánstranddal hirdették, ehhez képest minden alkalommal fizetni kellett a napágyakért.

المكان جميل جداً اكثر من المتوقع بركة مفتوحة 24 ساعة ودافئة قريبة هالبحر وبوسط السوق موظفون ودودين جداً نظلفة ممتازة جداً خدمات غرف مميزة بصراحة انصح به وبشدة وسأعود اليه اكيد

Pros:

Breakfast is perfect! Matteo try to arrange everything. You feel comfortable.

Evening dinner is also perfect! For Manuel nothing to much asked. They try to arrange everything!

Perfect service!! Perfect total staff!

Every year they suprise us again :)

Nothing like online photos, small room, bad customer service and stale overly complicated breakfast.
Pros:

The pool area and spa facilities were very nice and clean. There seemed like a lot was on offer, including vehicle hire.

Cons:

The room was absolutely nothing like what we booked, we booked a junior suite, with pool view. The photos of the specific room online showed a large airy room, with lots of windows and open space. Instead, we were given a small corner room, with one small sliding door and balcony facing a building's wall.

We raised this at the front desk immediately and were told the room we had booked was no longer available and fully occupied? So they had moved our booking to this room, which was an 'upgrade'. When I questioned the upgrade, as this was most certainly a downgrade, they told me I could pay extra to be upgraded to a beach view room - which I refused. I gave up arguing at this point, they were refusing to do anything about it.

The breakfast was extremely complicated 'a la carte' which consists of small tasting plates and buffet style dishes you have to order individually off a menu with a waiter. Most things I tried looked beautiful, but tasted bland and very stale, like they had been sitting in a fridge for days.

Upon checking out, I was told I was going to be charged an additional 400 Euros ON TOP of my room cost (324 Euros) - as I had booked for single occupancy, not double. I raised this point when checking in, and was never told of this additional cost - and for the double occupancy fee to be more than the room cost altogether was ridiculous.

Extremely unhappy with my experience there - would not recommend. You won't get what you pay for...

The place to be in Rimini, if you're not neighbours with new money jerks with 0 manners
Pros:

Location is really good; you can't be closer to the beach, but the area requires you to have a place to rent to enjoy the seaside. The pool and the hotel itself were great. Small parking area, which was really packed, so reserve in advance, but we always got a spot during our week. I liked the events they organised, and the staff are really there for you; just ask what you need. Their breakfast is top; you shouldn't miss it. The pool is also nice.

Cons:

During our stay, a large family was there the whole time, monopolising the pool (reserving it) even when not there, and having, for instance, a 2-hour breakfast, with no one able to enjoy the pool because of them. Because they were almost residents at this point, the staff wasn't really saying anything, which made you feel like a second-class citizen even though you were paying for the same room or amenities. That 2-speed treatment is the only thing I could criticise, and it felt like it was allowed by top management, not really by the day-to-day staff who were truly fed up with this behaviour. I am writing this to make sure somehow the management team can see that they have good people working for them and that they shouldn't allow that kind of behaviour. Rules should be rules and apply to everyone.
