Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 21:00.

défauts dans la salle de bains ..Eau du lavabo qui ne s'écoulait pas ..Porte de la douche déboîtée ..Nous sommes des habitués et devons chaque fois demander deux oreillers supplémentaires ..

L'emplacement sur le quai.

Cons:

Parking complet de l'hôtel à 15h, obliger d'aller à un parking payant.
Les chambres sont très petites et la salle de bain minuscule . Peu de places pour les valises. Pas de sèche-cheveux .
Type de chambre pour une nuit de passage , pas plus.
Rien à voir avec le B&B Hôtel de Saint Jean de Luz qui est même légèrement moins cher.

L'accueil, l'emplacement et la vue sur le canal

Cons:

La climatisation impossible de l'éteindre ou de faire un quelconque réglages idem pour le personnel qui n'a pas pu régler le problème. Salle de bain extrêmement petite.

Bien pour un court séjour
Pros:

La gentillesse des réceptionnistes et leurs conseils pour les bons restaurants. Petit déjeuner RAS. La proximité du centre ville.
La vue sur le canal. Le parking privatif est un plus.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas que nous n'avons pas apprécié mais la salle de bain est très petite dans la chambre qui nous a été attribuée.
