If you want to sprain, strain, or break your legs, come to the Antiq Palace Hotel.
Stairs up, down, an elevator, and more steps on the stairs and in the hallways. Even when the receptionist and I arrived at my room, I opened the door and almost fell. There were two more steps inside the room. The receptionist who showed me the way to the room didn't warn me about the steps in the room itself after the front door.
The kettle in the room didn't turn off after boiling. This could lead to a fire in the room and a fire in the kettle.
I ordered a kettle with tea, they charged me, but they didn't send me the bill by email.

All I could ask for and exactly what I paid for.
Pros:

City center, close by parking, great staff and breakfast.

Cons:

I got exactly what I wanted and what I paid for. It being formally a home, as a builder, I was totally enamored of the hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Kategorie, die wir gebucht hatten. Auf unsere Beanstandung wurde uns gesagt, bei dem angebotenen Zimmer handele es sich um ein Referenzzimmer. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass bei dem Personal keine Einsicht vorhanden war.
Das Zimmer war sehr beengt. Im Bad konnte man sich kaum umdrehen.

Location. It was the cheapest private room in the center.

Cons:

I arranged for a late checkout. It was later not honored. I understand mistakes happen, but the burden should be on the business to find a solution other than reneging. This shows either gross incompetence or contempt for paying customers. They did offer me to stay and linger in the lobby with my luggage, or leave it there, but the bad taste was already in my mouth. If not for this experience, Ljubliana would be worth a visit at this price. Unfortunately it's otherwise. Only come if you are rich and can afford proper service.
