Hotel mal géré, personnel mal formé et inconstant, décevant et trop cher. Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles!

J'étais venu à cet hotel en 2020 et j'étais contente, mais pas cette fois-ci! Je pense que l'hôtel a peut-être changé de directeur, car la chambre était bruyante (près des escaliers) et n'avait aucune vue (mini balcon donnant sur un mur), le lit était petit 1.40m (lit double), l'exécution du ménage de la chambre n'était pas constante (parfois propre et parfois des insectes par terre non ramassés, parfois le lit fait avec la couverture fixée et parfois la couverture qui pend, parfois le minibar rempli et parfois non, ...), le petit déjeuner était turc et pas international, les fruits pas toujours frais, la nourriture en général était mangeable mais pas vraiment bonne, le personnel de la réception parlait à peine anglais et ne comprenait pas beaucoup ce que je leur disais, et le reste du personnel ne parlait rien à part le turc, il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues donc les gens prenaient les chaises de la piscine pour les mettre sur la plage,... En bref, j'ai rarement vu un hôtel aussi peu accueillant pour les étrangers et aussi mal géré pour le prix qu'on paie! Je n'y retournerai plus.

Lokasyon, otelin temizliği, deniz ve özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü çok iyiydi. Özellikle Rıdvan beye emeklerinden dolayı çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bodrum'a geldiğimizde artık hep burada konaklıyor olacağız. Deniz, çalışanlar, kahvaltı hepsi mükemmeldi, çok teşekkürler 🙏

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Costa Farilya Special
Pros:

Wir hatten hier eine großartige Zeit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service – allen voran Burhan, der stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Strand und der Steg laden zum Entspannen und Schwimmen ein, mit klarem Wasser und einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Auch die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Ein kleiner Zwischenfall gab es mit unserem Auto in der Tiefgarage, da dort Betonarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Das Fahrzeug war dadurch kurzzeitig beschmutzt und zugestellt. Zum Glück ließ sich das Problem klären, sodass es unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt hat.

Alles in allem ein Hotel mit toller Lage, schöner Anlage und exzellentem Service – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay at Costa Farilya was absolutely wonderful and truly one of the best holidays I have had in a very long time. The food was exceptional! Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very relaxing, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What made the experience even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The sea was simply breathtaking crystal clear, beautiful, and ideal for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Thank you to the entire Costa Farilya team for such a memorable experience. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional holiday.

الفندق رائع والإقامة فيه هادئة، الفريق متعاون جدا وخدوم ويتكلمون اللغة الانجليزية بشكل جيد و يتكلمون القليل من العربية و مبتسمين دائما اخص بالشكر الاخ MIRAÇ، البوفيه متنوع و لذيذ و اي شي تبونه مب في البوفيه يسونه لكم على طول. اي شي تطلبونه يوفرونه لكم و موقع الفندق فوق الممتاز قريب من المارينا ١٠ د بالسيارة تقريبا. خدمة الغرف ممتازة و البحر نظيف

Das essen war qualitativ sehr gut und der koch hat es drauf - jeden tag wurde sehr gut geputzt

Cons:

das Spa war noch nicht geöffnet und beim essen war der ofen noch nicht an geht erst alles am 15.juni 2026 los - finde ich schade. Wenn Sie es auf der Menükarte anbieten dann sollte das auch bestellbar sein. Der Seifenspender war 3 Tage lang leer und am letzten Abend hatten wir kein Wasser mehr um Zähne zu putzen oder um zu duschen

Pros:

Costa Farilya is a truly wonderful place — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, with a stunning location by the sea and excellent facilities. We have known Costa Farilya for years and it has always felt like a second home to us. The premises are brilliant, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are as lovely and welcoming as ever. Even though our stay was short, it was deeply appreciated, and we very much hope to see each other again in the summer.
