would definitely stay here again
Pros:

it is similar to a business hotel but with excellent service and an unmatched location right at the heart of one of the best districts in the city for tourists.
the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned and made up every day without fail; water and towels were replaced daily and if required additional bottles also given complimentary.

Cons:

the toilet and the shower were in too separate small rooms wait the sink outside next to the bed. the arrangement took a little getting used to but it was not a big issue. no issue for a couple, but would not work for two friends sharing a room though.

Sehr gute Lage und ordentliches Frühstück, aber das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig und das Preis-Le
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und weitere Möglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Gestaltung von Dusche und Toilette hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Beide wirken wie kleine, geschlossene Kabinen, sodass man sich etwas eingeengt fühlt. Außerdem waren Laminat und teilweise auch die Möbel bereits aufgequollen und machten einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir zudem kein Wasser. Pro Person gab es zunächst nur ein Handtuch; weitere Handtücher mussten extra angefordert werden. Insgesamt hätte ich bei diesem Preis einen deutlich besseren Zustand und Service erwartet.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, plutôt bien équipée
Etablissement bien situé : proche transports, commerces et restaurants mais dans un environnement ombragé et calme.

Cons:

Salle de bain DANS la chambre (à peine séparés par un miroir)
Design vieillissant

Good Hotel with poorly designed rooms.
Pros:

Great location. Very tastefully done Lobby (expansive) interior -good friendly staff. Decent Breakfast. Restaurant food is tasty. Rooms are a big disappointment. Badly designed - Cramped Washroom area (was a task to get in & Out without hitting something) and storage area, while 25% of space (near window) is empty and wasted.

Sauberes ruhiges Zimmer und freundliche Personal. Die Lage ist Top.
Pros:

Lage Top, U-Bahn in der Nähe, viele Cafe und Bars und Lokals in der Nähe. Frühstück ist gut. Wenn das Wetter warm ist kann man auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig. Es gibt einen Insektennetz und man kann das Fenster öffnen ohne Sorge. Die Personal ist super freundlich. Ich habe für 5 Nächte im voraus bezahlt und habe festgestellt dass ich nur 4 Nächte benötigen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat nach Rückfrage beim Manager mir die eine Nacht refundiert.

Cons:

Einziges Manko: Es gibt kein Conditioner für Haare und kein Körpermilch für Haut.

Great hotel with an excellent location and very comfortable rooms
Pros:

Excellent location with everything important nearby. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and well maintained. The towels were clean and of good quality. The hotel has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere overall.

Cons:

The breakfast is a bit basic and the selection is not very large, but the quality was good and it was perfectly sufficient.

Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля. Самый центр города. Внутри отеля тоже все приятно выглядит. Вцелом впечатление приятное. Явных минусов не было. Номер нормальный. Умывальные принадлежности есть. В номере каждый день бесплатная вода.
Завтраки хорошие, выбор есть. Завтракать можно как в помещении, так и на улице среди деревьев и пения птиц.
Из минусов только душевая с туалетом, ниже написала, почему для меня это был минус.

Cons:

Мне не нравится тенденция в современных отелях, когда ванную комнату и туалет делают либо со стеклянными стенами, либо в виде шкафа. Здесь был второй вариант - туалет и душ сделаны будто в шкафу, стенки из тонких деревяшек, дсп или что там еще.. Шумоизоляции из-за этого никакой и гигиены, на мой взгляд, тоже, потому что как отмывать, например, пол в туалете, если он деревянный. Потому на полу и были неотмытые пятна, их просто невозможно отмыть. А на деревянных стенах душевой была плесень.. Еще удивило заморышное мыло)) один малюсенький кусочек на день для семьи - маловато.

Poorly handled overbooking
Pros:

Arrived at 6 am after a long flight just to hear they could not accommodate me. Would not have bothered to write this though, if the receptionist (Bota) had handled this gracefully. Pretended they just didn't have my reservation, but knew of the problem the moment she saw my name in the passport. Started to blame the booking platform ("we always have this problem with them") before she had a chance to hear where I booked. Suggested I walked to a couple of nearby hotels with my luggage not bothering to check if they had any availability (they didn't). Forgot what she was telling me 10 minutes earlier and said that was the first time they had this problem with the booking platform. Finally someone else helped to find a room in another hotel, but I had to be rather insistent. Not a word of apology.
