Had an amazing long weekend and hope to be back again. Great hotel.
Pros:

Great location, amazing buffet breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful, the gym facilities were very good.

Large 3 bedroom suite was perfect for an extended family. All the conveniences of an apartment in a full service hotel.

Two cute and hardworking robots deliver food and shopping deliveries right to your door.

Genuinely sincere and friendly staff, particularly the Resident Butler and housekeeping.

Pros:

Все было великолепно. Номер - выше всяких похвал. Оборудован всем необходимым. Есть стиральная и сушильная машина, есть выделенное место для работы. Есть русский канал телевидения. Приятные сотрудники, все вопросы решали быстро.

Nice hotel for longer stays
Pros:

Very nice appartment hotel; decent location, though the roads could be rearranged for cars to make a left turn into the property from Zhijin lu. Swimming pool is good; mall downstairs very convenient; great staff -- very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms could have a proper small round dining table, perhaps in lieu of the counter extension in the kitchen. Not so comfortable to eat there. Appliances are difficult to operate -- there is a learning curve.

Excellent hotel and staff, very profesional and friendly. Special mention for Lisa, who helped us with everything. Very cozy and confortable room. Once again in Chengdu, we will definitely come back to this hotel.
