Por estar entre amigos a estadia foi prazerosa ,pelo custo o Hotel fica a deseijar.

como um todo o Resort tem um serviço razoável ,os funcionários são cortes as acomodações são boas ,tem uma série de apresentações (shows) boas ,os serviços dos mensageiros especialmente o Sr. Wilton

A informação dada pelo Recepcionista Cícero de que o Serviço de mensageiros, que só funciona pós as 7:20 da manhã, e que o serviço só funcionava até as 23:30hs ,sendo que estas informações só nos foi passada as 22:45 hs. Com o no nosso caso um voo marcado para as 9:00 e com o transfer marcado para as 7:00 hs da manhã imagine a correria que foi para arrumar as malas ,pois o nosso quarto ficava distante da recepção . Pelo tamanho do Hotel e as situações de utilização este serviço deveria funcionar nos horários de 6:00 horas às 24:00 horas ,especialmente por conta de convenções com atividades noturnas .
Outra coisa que não gostei ,foi o restaurante Massa Fina, com comida mal executada, parecendo que não preparam as massas das pizzas de forma adequada chegando à mesa sem sabor com consistência de massa crua .
Com relação aos Buffet do café da manhã ,excelente ,os do almoço no Português e no do Jantar deixam a desejar.

Ótimo hotel para passar com a família
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom.
Quarto ótimo para crianças. Adoraram o beliche com escorregador.
Ótimas opções de diversão pras crianças no hotel: parquinhos, piscinas, etc.
A proximidade da lagoa é um algo que valorizo muito, principalmente pras minhas filhas que não conheciam ainda.
Atração musical à noite no restaurante
