Check in時的服務人員態度很好，也很熱心告訴我們往哪裡走可以到換匯最好又不會被少給的地方！

Cons:

總共訂兩間房，其中一間是家人的，但家人的房間裡還有另一個暗門而且是沒有鎖的。
打開後居然是直通隔壁房，跟人員詢問今晚隔壁是否有人入住，如果沒有能否把我們換過去家人的隔壁，結果等到後面都沒有回電話，當我再打去問的時候，人員好像完全不知情，於是我又再重新描述一次，他才說隔壁沒有人住，因為什麼東西故障等等的，所以不能換。不滿意的原因是交接問題而且沒有想要積極處理的感覺

Suited our needs perfectly
Pros:

We checked out of our previous hotel at 12pm as we couldn't get a late check out, so booked the Harris as it was close to the Airport, didn't have to worry about battling the traffic to get to the Airport & they had a free shuttle to/from the Airport. Arrived early but didn't have to wait long for a room to be ready for us. The room was comfortable for what we needed & the pool looked very inviting.

Cons:

We had a late lunch in the restaurant which was good but we had to wait quite a long time to get our meal considering there was only 1 more table occupied in the restaurant, you wouldn't want to be in a hurry!

Cons:

Burger at the restaurant was not cooked properly, staff just smiled and said sorry, did not understand seriousness of raw meat. Have contacted hotel directly and they advised they will train staff further.

Ok if you want one night before your flight. The restaurant is not so good but the breakfast is really good!!!
Pros:

Free shuttle to airport!!!! Affordable, They have pool which we didnt try because we only stay one night .

Cons:

The room need renovation!!! Is old and not very clean .

A nice hotel conveniently located near the airport.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The proximity to the airport is a bonus and the free shuttle service was amazing - it’s only 5-10 minutes drive to the airport. The restaurant served very tasty food.
