So clean and comfy and the location was so easy for transit. Breakfast had many delicious choices.

Near airport and shuttle

Very comfortable one night stay before flight back to Australia. Excellent dinner + breakfast in on-site restaurant facility plus very comfortable sleep in clean, modern room.

Our check-in did not get off to the best start. According to the reception staff, our reservation could not be found, even though we had been in contact with the hotel via chat the day before. After some investigation, our booking was fortunately located. Communication was occasionally difficult, as not all reception staff spoke English fluently.

We stayed for one night with our family, occupying three rooms located close to the swimming pool. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped courtyard with tropical plants, shrubs, and palm trees. Many of the rooms overlook the pool, where plenty of sun loungers are available.

The rooms were clean but showed some signs of deferred maintenance. For example, the sealant around the bathroom had become discoloured in places, and some of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, the rooms were well equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge, a television, a carafe of drinking water, a mirror, and a complimentary toothbrush set. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Just keep in mind that the sense of time is a little different from what you may be used to in Europe—if something is promised “within five minutes,” it will most likely take a bit longer.

The breakfast buffet is extensive, well presented, and offers plenty of choice. A beautiful sandy beach is just a short walk away, with a variety of restaurants, cosy warungs, and bars. The hotel also features a spa and a gym, and its location close to the airport is very convenient.

One thing to be aware of is that the call to prayer from a nearby mosque can be heard clearly from around 5:00 a.m.

The hospitality of the staff certainly deserves recognition, but the hotel’s four-star rating creates higher expectations than the property ultimately delivers.

Clean, comfortable room with a fridge, complimentary toiletries, bottled water, and water refill stations around the hotel.

I loved the Juliet-style window.

Luggage scales in reception were a thoughtful addition and very useful before flying.

Room service was convenient. Although the food wasn't as good as elsewhere we ate in Bali, the staff member taking our order was honest enough to suggest using a food delivery service instead. Unfortunately, due to the time, there were very few options available.

It did it's job for the 1 night we were there.
